*unfurnished* room- perhaps you can buy the closet if we talk more! The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with multiple shared appliances and kitchenware/cutlery.
My large wardrobe (with mirror) could also be bought for an extra 120eur (original price 190 from IKEA)
The bedrroom is really nice and north-facing, so it doesnt get too hot in the summer, and it is warm in the winter, with a lot of daylight :)
The rent (395eur/month) is all inclusive- heat/water/electricity/wifi is all included!
20th district, Treustrasse. Very close to lidl, pennymarkt, and the pharmacy! Less than 4min walk away!
8min away from Spittelau (U4/U6/trains) and Jagerstrasse (U6) and some trams (18, 33). There is a playground and small family park right outside the apartment.
It takes me roughly 10-15min to get to the fh-technikum Wien, depending on the tram :)
Rowan and Lea will be staying in the apartment!
Wg life:
Lea, 25, is super chill, she’s from Germany and is currently wrapping up her Masters at the FH Technikum Wien. She’s an early bird with the sun, normally very active with running, gym, and boxing! But nothing compares to her love for topfen. Lea is sweet and quiet, but very interesting and fun to talk to if you get to know her :)
Rowan (27) is a student from England studying a master's in socio-ecological economics and policy. He has a bunch of hobbies including hiking, playing music, rugby. He also enjoys reading, documentaries and engaging with social and environmental movements. Creating a warm and safe space to call home is important for Rowan, so he is looking for someone who is friendly, enjoys spending time with flatmates and respects the place we'll each call home 🏡 He's learning German and can get by in a conversation, but wants to speak it more regularly.
I would leave at the end of March so the room will be available 1st April! I could gladly leave the whiteboards for you and would also sell my white wardrobe (with mirror) for 120eur (195 originally from IKEA)
