Nachdem ich gerade aus meinem Auslandssemester zurück gekommen bin, würde ich gerne eine neue WG Gründen. In der Wohnung wohnt zur Zeit meine Tante und ab 1.11. kann sie übernommen werden, da meine Tante schon Anfang Oktober auszieht, geht es (nach Absprache) schon Mitte/Ende Oktober. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 100m2, 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer (jeweils ~14m2), eine helle Wohnküche, Bad mit Badewanne, WC extra und einen wunderschönen, großen und sonnigen Balkon. Die Miete wären inklusive Betriebs- Heiz- und Energiekosten ca 700€ pro Person. Auf den Fotos ist noch die Einrichtung meiner Tante zu sehen, außer der Küche nimmt sie aber alles mit - das heißt sie kann ganz nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet und ausgemalt werden.
Wenn du Interesse hast, können wir die Wohnung auch gerne mal zusammen besichtigen.
After I have just returned from my semester abroad, I would like to start a new flat share. My aunt currently lives in the flat and it can be taken over from 1.11. Since my aunt is already moving out at the beginning of October, it will be possible (by arrangement) to move in as early as mid/end October. The flat has a total of 100m2, 2 separate bedrooms (each ~14m2), a bright eat-in kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, extra toilet and a beautiful, large and sunny balcony. The rent would be approx. 700€ per person, including operating, heating and energy costs. In the photos you can still see my aunt's furnishings, but apart from the kitchen she is taking everything with her - which means it can be furnished and decorated entirely to our taste.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen - im Grünen aber trotzdem mit guter Anbindung zur Stadt. Am besten passt sie wohl zu jemanden der/die gerne draußen ist: im Grünen, in der Nähe von Marchfeldkanal, Bisamberg und Donauinsel, mit schönen Lauf-strecken und Badesee (Seeschlacht in Langenzersdorf) in der Nähe aber auch zum nächsten Supermarkt (Billa) oder Apotheke und zur Bim und Schnellbahn sind es auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und dann ist man in 15-20 Minuten im Zentrum Wiens.
The flat is perfectly located - in the green but still with good connections to the city. It is probably best suited to someone who likes to be outdoors: in the green, near the Marchfeld Canal, Bisamberg and Danube Island, with beautiful running routes and a bathing lake (Seeschlacht in Langenzersdorf) nearby, but also to the nearest supermarket (Billa) or pharmacy and to the tram and express train it is also only a few minutes walk and then you are in the centre of Vienna in 15-20 minutes.
Ich (Diana, 29) arbeite Vollzeit an der veterinärmedizinischen Universität und in meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne draußen und mache viel Sport - klettern, wandern, laufen und an den Wochenenden bin ich oft und gerne unterwegs, daher hättest du die Wohnung auch öfter mal für dich alleine. Ich habe in den letzten Jahren in vielen tollen WGs gewohnt und finde ein gutes Mittelmaß aus perösnlichem Freiraum und gemeinsam Aktivitäten beim Zusammenwohnen wichtig, daher würde ich mir eine*n Mitbewohner*in wünschen, der/die einen ähnlichen Tagesablauf hat und es unter der Woche eher ruhig angehen lässt (aber am Wochenende darf natürlich auch gerne mal gefeiert werden) und der/die auch mal Lust auf eine gemeinsame Tasse Kaffee, glas Wein oder auch kochen, Film schauen oder Aktivitäten draußen hätte. Aber wenn du Interesse an dem WG Zimmer hast, schreib mir am besten und wir lernen uns persönlich kennen! ich freu mich von dir zu hören!
I (Diana, 29) work full time at the University of Veterinary Medicine and in my free time I like to be outside and do a lot of sports - climbing, hiking, running and on the weekends I am often and gladly on the road, so you would also have the flat to yourself more often. I've lived in many great shared flats in the last few years and find a good balance between personal space and shared activities important when living together, so I'd like a flatmate who has a similar daily routine and tends to take it easy during the week (but can of course party on the weekends) and who would also like to share a cup of coffee, glass of wine or cook, watch a film or do activities outside.
