Ich suche ab sofort eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn für eine schöne 90qm Wohnung in Floridsdorf.
Die WG war von Anfang an "von und für" VeterinärmedizinerInnen ausgerichtet und so suchen wir auch jetzt einen tierlieben Menschen für das frei gewordene Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 19qm groß und hat zwei hohe Fenster und ist zentral begehbar.
Zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind es nur drei Gehminuten (Ubahn-Linie U6, S-Bahnen, Straßenbahnlinien 31 und 26, Bus-Linien 28A, 29A, 33A und 34A) und die Straßenbahnen 30 und 25 halten sogar direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß, hierbei jedoch in Ruhelage da vor der Tür eine Sackgasse ist.
Ich studiere Veterinärmedizin und Biologie und würde gerne weiterhin mit tierlieben, weltoffenen Menschen zusammen wohnen. Der zweite Mitbewohner hat Theater-, Film- und Medienwissenschaften studiert und ist neu in Wien.
Falls irgendwelche Fragen bestehen oder du dir die Wohnung gerne anschauen würdest, freue ich mich auf deine Nachricht.
Im Mietpreis enthalten sind: Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom, Internet und alle weiteren Betriebskosten.
Im Sommer 2014 wurden Küche und Bad neu renoviert.
