Zimmer in zweier WG mit Balkon und gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer

Der Bahnhof Floridsdorf liegt ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Von dort fahren die U6, die S-Bahn, 20A,28A, 29A, 34A, N29, N31, 30, 31, 26, 25...

Im gleichen Wohnblock gibt es einen Billa (groß genug um den täglichen Einkauf zu machen) und der Perugini (das beste Eisgeschäft Wiens, darüber lässt sich aber bei einem gemeinsamen Eisessen streiten ;P).

Mit der Bim 25 kommt man schnell zum Donauzentrum und mit der U6 in die Milleniumcity.

The train station Floridsdorf is 5 minutes away from the flat. There you can also find the subway U6, but also buses and trams: 20A,28A, 29A, 34A, N29, N31, 30, 31, 26, 25...

Just around the block you can find the supermarket Billa (big enough to get most of the things you need) and the Perugini (best ice-cream in town!).

With the tram 25 you can readily reach the shopping center Donauzentrum and with the U6 the Milleniumcity.

Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre ich, ein 35 jähriger Ökologe/Naturpädadoge, der sich aus finanziellen und sozialen Gründen eine/n nette/n MitbewohnerIn sucht.

Was mir wichtig ist:

1.: Ich möchte keine Party-WG starten. Freunde einladen auf einem Filmabend oder Coktail Abend ist sicher kein Problem, aber ich möchte es mir mit meinen Nachbarn nicht verscherzen. Das heißt ab 22:00 hab ich es persönlich zuhause gerne ruhig (Ruhige Aktivitäten oder jemanden noch zum Plaudern haben ist natürlich KEIN Problem).

2.: Ich versuche in meiner WG in Richtung Zero Waste zu gehen und daher wäre ich froh wenn wir uns alltägliche Sachen gemeinsam Besorgen (Reinigungsmittel, vielleicht auch Produkte wie Mehl, Nudeln, etc. aber darüber lässt sich ja gerne reden :) ) Hin und wieder gemeinsam Kochen oder die übergebliebenen Speisen zu teilen anstelle wegzuwerfen finde ich auch super =D

3.: Ordnung muss sein. Ja ich bin auch faul, aber sobald man zu Zweit in einer Wohnung ist muss man sich an gewisse Regeln halten. Wichtig ist halt die gemeinsam genutzten Räume immer anständig zu hinterlassen oder als bald als Möglich zu reinigen.

4.: Ich bin selbst non-binary und diese WG ist LGBTQ+ freundlich, ergo ist es selbstverständlich, dass es keinen Platz für jeglichen Rassismus, Homophobie und generelle menschenverachtende Ansichten gibt ;)

I'm 35, working as an ecologist and want to have a flat mate to socialise, but also for financial reasons ;)

What's important to me:
1) I don't want a party shared flat. Inviting friends for a movie or so it's ok, but I want to stay in good terms with my neighbors ;). That means no loud noises after 10pm (quiet activities like taking is definitely no problem).

2) I try to get as zero waste as possible. So I would like to share things (washing powder, cleaning products, or maybe products like pasta and so on..). Cooking together something or sharing things before throwing them away is much appreciated!

3) I like a tidy home. I'm very lazy as well, but when living with another person it's important to have some ground rules regarding hygiene. It's important to have the shared rooms clean in a comfortable way for both of us :)

4) I am non-binary myself and this shared flat is a LGBTQ+ friendly space, hence, racism, homophobia and whatever inhuman and hateful opinions have no place here ;)

Nun vielleicht noch ein bisschen zu mir:

Ich habe an der BOKU Landschaftsplanung mit einem Fokus auf Naturschutzplanung studiert und arbeite beim Landschaftspfegeverein als Ökologe und Naturpädagoge. Naturschutz und Umweltschutz ist mir ein wichtiges Thema. Ich bin flexitarisch. Was bedeutet, dass ich selber kein Fleisch koche und einkaufe, aber wenn die Mama mal was leckeres kocht und bevor es weggeschmissen wir, esse ich es trotzdem. Schmeckt ja auch gut =)


Fort gehe ich neben meinen Hobby's zusätzlich nicht mehr so viel (Ab und zu auf einen Cocktail, Swing Event oder ins Pub). Manchmal hab ich trotzdem Flashbacks aus meiner Verrückten Zeit und bin dann doch wieder den ganzen Abend fort (z.B. auf der Pride). Ich bin gerne für Spaß zu haben, wäre aber auch froh, wenn wir uns auf ernsterer Ebene gut verstehen. man kann ja auch nicht immer einer Meinung sein, aber darüber muss man halt auch Reden können.

Anfragen ohne jegliche Info über dich selbst werden ignoriert. Ich suche nach Personen mit denen ich gemeinsam leben kann und nicht nach Menschen. Die nur an dem Zimmer interessiert sind!

About me. I studied landscape architecture with a focus on environmental protection. I work as an ecologist and nature educator in the field of environmental protection. Nature and environmental protection are important topics to me, that's why I try to be mostly vegetarian and try out zero waste.

I'm not as much a party person anymore since I started to work, but I still like to go out to a pub, cocktail or s swing event every now and then :). I'm definitely more quiet than in my youth, but I still get flashbacks of my craziness sometimes, so I can be up for fun as well :D. I hope that we cope well, but it's ok if we do not always have the same opinions on things as long as we can talk!
