Dein Zimmer hat gemütliche 14m² und ist Richtung Osten gerichtet, d.h. du hast schöne Morgensonne. Wenn Du willst können Bett, Kleiderstange und 1-2 Kästen gerne im Zimmer bleiben (for free :) )
Es gibt in der großen Wohnküche oder im Vorzimmer auch noch genügend Platz, falls Du außerhalb deines Zimmers ein paar Dinge lagern möchtest.
Wir sind ziemlich genau bei U6 Station Floridsdorf, also hast du hier viele Straßenbahnen, Busse, S-Bahnen und die U6. Man ist locker in 30minuten in der Stadt. 10 Minuten brauchst Du zu Fuß zur Neuen oder Alten Donau, was im Sommer sehr sehr fein ist ;)
Wir sind Omar und Yasi, je 30 und 31 Jahre alt. Omar studiert Industrielle Umweltschutz- & Verfahrenstechnik und arbeitet Teilzeit in diesem Bereich. Yasi studiert Environmental Science, an der Diplomatischen Akademie und der TU.
Wir sind beide sehr gemütlich, Kochen, Gamen oder schauen mal Film gemeinsam. Mit uns wohnt auch noch Zari, Yasi's Hündin :)
Die Wohnung ist 2-Stöckig, deswegen haben wir auch 2 Terrassen. Wenn die Sonne scheint sitzen wir sehr oft draußen, oder liegen in der Hängematte.
Wir würden uns sehr über eine/n gemütliche nette Mitbewohner/In freuen :)
