Helles Zimmer im 1. OG einer 6er WG wird frei, da der jetzige Bewohner ein Auslandspraktikum macht.
Das Haus hat ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 Bäder und Klos, insgesamt 6 Schlafzimmer und einen schönen Garten.
Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet mit Bett, Nachtkasterl, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl und Regal. Im Sommer wirds etwas heiß, deshalb gibt es eine AC.

Bright room on the 1st floor of a shared house for 6 people is available, as the current resident is going abroad during the winter semester.
The house has a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and toilets, a total of 6 bedrooms and a beautiful garden.
The room is fully equipped with bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk with swivel chair and shelves. In summer it gets a little hot, so there is an AC.
Gemütliche Siedlung mit 8 Minuten Gehweg zur S-Bahn in Richtung Wien Zentrum. Öffentlicher Badeteich mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten erreichbar. In 20 Minuten ist man auf der Donauinsel :)

Cosy settlement with an 8-minute walk to the S-Bahn in the direction of Vienna city centre. Public swimming pond can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. In 20 minutes you can be on the Danube Island :)

Die WG besteht aus Kärntner Studenten, die sich schon seit einigen Jahren kennen und seit 4 Jahren gemeinsam in Wien wohnen (keine Zweck-WG). Dazu haben wir 2 Katzen (Paru und Shlomo) und es gibt eine Sauna ;)
- Da wir uns schon lange kennen, sind wir sehr gut befreundet und verbringen gerne unsere Freizeit miteinander. Wir legen Wert darauf, hin und wieder gemeinsam zu essen und schauen gerne Filme zusammen. Du kannst dich auf eine herzliche WG freuen, aber es passt natürlich auch, wenn du gerne Zeit alleine verbringst!
- Du kannst jederzeit Freunde einladen und Parties machen, sofern danach aufgeräumt wird :)
- Es gibt einen Putzplan und eine Abwaschliste, an die sich jeder haltet.
- Das Haus ist schon etwas älter und wurde öfter zugebaut, somit gibt es die ein oder andere Besonderheit und architektonische Eigenart. Das ist in keiner Hinsicht eine Einschränkung, aber erwarte dir kein neu renoviertes Haus.
Zu den Mitbewohnern
Matte, 25: studiert Ergotherapie, kann den Rubikscube in 18 Sekunden lösen und hat eine Dauerwelle.
Johi, 25: studiert Geschichte, macht die besten Cookies in Wien, trinkt vieeel Kaffee.
Manu, 27: studiert Linguistik, selbsterlernter Meisterkoch, liebt gute Musik.
Sarah, 24: studiert Sports Technology, bouldert gerne und kümmert sich um den Garten.
Bella, 26: studiert Gesundheits- und Rehabilitationstechnik, lacht gerne und freut sich immer über einen Aperol.

The flat share consists of Carinthian students who have known each other for a few years and have been living together in Vienna for 4 years (no purpose flat share). In addition, we have 2 cats (Paru and Shlomo) and there is a sauna ;)
- As we have known each other for a long time, we are very good friends and enjoy spending our free time together. We make it a point to eat together every now and then and like to watch movies together. You can look forward to a warm WG, but of course it also fits if you like to spend time alone!
- You can always invite friends over and have parties, as long as you clean up afterwards :)
- There is a cleaning schedule and a washing-up list that everyone follows.
- The house is a bit older and has been built on several times, so there are one or two special features and architectural quirks. This is not a restriction in any respect, but don't expect a newly renovated house.

Matte, 25: studies occupational therapy, can solve the Rubik's cube in 18 seconds and has a perm.
Johi, 25: studies history, makes the best cookies in Vienna, drinks a lot of coffee.
Manu, 27: studies linguistics, self-taught master chef, loves good music.
Sarah, 24: studies Sports Technology, likes to boulder and takes care of the garden.
Bella, 26: studies Health and Rehabilitation Technology, likes to laugh and is always down for an Aperol.
