As I move out to July, I'm looking for a rental agent for my room.
The apartment is located in the 22nd district and is directly next to the metro station Aspernstraße. The bus is also right in front of the front door. The next Bim is a good 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes and döner also right around the corner. The Danube Island is 3 stations by metro.

Die Wohnung liegt im 22. Bezirk und ist direkt neben der U-Bahnstation Aspernstraße. Auch der Bus ist direkt vor der Haustür. Zur nächsten Bim sind es gute 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Cafés und Döner auch direkt um die Ecke. Die Donauinsel ist 3 Stationen mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Bonnie. Sie ist Flugbegleiterin und spricht super englisch.
Wenn sie viel arbeiten muss, ist sie wenig zuhause, also perfekt, falls du mal erwas Ruhe möchtest. Auch wenn sie zu ungewöhnlichen Zeiten aus der arbeit kommt oder geht, ist sie mega rücksichtsvoll!
Bonnie ist ordentlich und wünscht sich jemanden der auch ein sauberes Umfeld mag.

Die Möbel aus meine Zimmer würden weitergehend bleiben (Bett, Schrank und Nachtschrank). Insgesamt hätte ich gern, mit dem Möbeln aus der Wohnküche und meibem Zimmer, 600€.
