We are a leftist queer feminist house community close to Vienna, in Breitenfurt.
Soon we will have a free room in the house because one person is moving out.

All together we will be 7 people living here (but not everybody will be in Austria at all times) and three dogs.

Living collectively is very important for us.
We have a queerfeminist attitude and at the moment there's a colorful bunch of trans, non-binary, feminine, masculine, genderqueer/fluid, undefined, cis and questioning people living here. But we are no FLINTA-only household.
Some of us use non-binary pronouns (or they/them in english).
There are also three small doggies living with us, that love cuddling, but in the beginning need some time to start trusting new people in their life. It is important to us that someone moves in who wants to live together with dogs, who meets them with love and patience and who wants to spend time with them from time to time. One of the three likes to bark regularly (when he isn't sleeping, cuddling or eating) so it would be beneficial if you bring some tolerance to loud barking.

The people living here share an anarchist, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, queer feminist, anti authoritarian and pro-vegan attitude - if we cook, it's most of the time for everyone and vegan ;)

We are happy about people who also like to live together and not just next to each other.
That each person also needs time & space for themselves is clear anyway.

We make common decisions by consensus, and we try to be there for each other and care for each other. We also often talk and play together, go to demos or dumpster diving and so on (all without obligation).
Most of our daily life is self-determined and needs-oriented (plenums, repro, errands and expenses, ... ) and we share (almost) all of our food, household items, etc (also without obligation).
We try to recognize social power structures, mechanisms of oppression & forms of discrimination, social norms & pressures and (also our!) privileges and to deconstruct them as best as we can. And of course to destroy patriarchy and capitalism.

We are definitely not a functional flat-sharing community, but have friendly and interested/caring relationships with each other. We are (almost) always excited about communal activities (also without obligation) and find it important to be able to talk with each other.
We wish for an appreciative, (self)critical, solidary, openminded contact with each other and a preferably hierarchy-free living together on eye level.

In addition, we would like to see a certain commitment in living together, the willingness to share in the responsibility for the WG and a certain reliability, such as, for example, to participate in communal repro work, to keep agreements or to let us know if it is not possible.
It would be great if everyone is willing & able to contribute to the community according to their resources :)

The room has about 14m² and a window with a beautiful view of the herb and vegetable garden and a lilac tree. It is very bright and has afternoon and evening sun through the south-facing window, but still does not get too hot, because the lilac tree provides some shade in summer.
It can be taken over furnished (bed, chest of drawers, bookcase, closet, clothes rail), but also partly furnished or without furniture.

And about the money, because unfortunately it is necessary - we can sit down together and check how it works out well for everyone, but as a rough orientation it would be cool to pay about plus minus 350€ for the room.
