in unserem gemütlichen Haus im Grünen wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend im 23. Bezirk, hat eine große Terrasse, ist super hell und hat den Wienerwald vor der Tür.
Dein Zimmer liegt südseitig im ersten Stock und teilt sich ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC mit Tanya, die im Nachbarzimmer wohnt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es neben dem dritten Zimmer, in dem Kerstin wohnt, unsere große Küche. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesengroß und hat eine Bar und eine Homeoffice-Ecke. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Keller mit Garage und jeder Menge Stauraum.
Dein Zimmer:
13 m2 + 2,5m2 Schrankraum
Im Zimmer stehen ein Bett und eine Kommode (keine Ablöse), das Bett kann aber auch weg wenn du selbst eines mitbringst.

Our cute little house with a garden and swimming pool is looking for a third housemate. The house is in a quiet area in 1230. It gets a lot of natural sunlight and has a large south-facing patio and barbecue. The house has recently been renovated.
Your bedroom is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet with Tanya, who has the room next to yours. The ground floor has a large and fairly new kitchen and Kerstin's bedroom. The living room is huge and - if you're into cocktails or mocktails - has its own bar on one side and a home office corner on the other, if you don't want to stray too far from the pool on hot summer days :) There's also a large basement with a garage and lots of storage space.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse am Rand des Maurer Walds. Die nächsten Öffis sind der Bus 60A (ca. 2 Minuten Gehweg) und die 60er-Bim (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Mit dem Bus oder dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten bei der S-Bahn Liesing.
Falls du Autofahrer*in bist: Vor dem Haus gibt es genügend Parkflächen, das Parkpickerl kostet 10 Euro im Monat (Wiener Kennzeichen notwendig).

The house is located in a quiet street at the edge of the Maurer Wald. The nearest public transportation is the 60A bus (about a 2 minute walk) and the 60 tram (about a 10 minute walk). The closest S-Bahn stop is Liesing, which is 10 minutes away by bus or bike.
If you've got a car, there's plenty of street parking available; the parking permit is € 10 per month (your car needs to have a Viennese number plate).
Kerstin (sie/ihr): Ich bin 33, queer, vegan und arbeite im Projektmanagement in der Medienbranche im sozialen Bereich. Ich hab zwei kleine Hunde, die jeden Tag mit mir ins Büro fahren, und zwei Katzen, die zuhause bleiben. Ich nähe und male gerne (beides mehr schlecht als recht), bin aber auch für Spaziergänge, Ausflüge oder einen Serienmarathon zu haben. Wenn ich nicht hier bin bin ich auf dem Sonnendeck.
Tanya: Ich bin 27 und mache gerade einen Deutschkurs an der Uni Wien. Ich arbeite Teilzeit und tätowiere auch. Ich spreche Russisch, Englisch und Deutsch (so lala). Ich wohne hier gemeinsam mit meinem einäugigen Kater Fury. Ich lese, koche und zeichne gerne, höre gerne Musik oder unterhalte mich mit meinen Mitbewohner*innen - besonders über Medizin (mein erstes Studium).
Du: Bist eine coole Socke, rücksichtsvoll und sauber, magst Tiere und störst dich nicht am Zusammenleben mit ihnen (wir haben einen super Staubsauger, der jedes Problem löst, aber Tiere mit Fell haaren eben :)). Im besten Fall lebst du vegan oder vegetarisch oder bist zumindest bereit, zuhause vegetarisch zu essen.

Tanya: I’m Tanya, 27 y.o., currently studying German on German courses in UniWien. Part-time worker and also a tattoo master! Speaking Russian, English and German (soso lala). I’m living here with my cat Fury, one-eyed gentle chunky boy. I like to cook, read, draw and listen music, do like to speak with my flatmates about any topics (especially medicine because it’s my first degree).
You: Are a chill, considerate and reasonably tidy person who loves animals and is realistic about living with them (we've got an absolute superhero vacuum, but furry animals do shed :)). Ideally you're vegan or vegetarian, or at least open to eating vegetarian at home.
