Das Zimmer ist ca 21m2 groß, ruhig und sehr sonnig. Da ich im Sommer nicht in Wien bin, möchte ich mein Zimmer im Juli und August (Zeitraum ist verhandelbar ;) ) zwischenvermieten. Das Zimmer ist natürlich mit allem Nötigen (Bett, Kasten, Schreibtisch, Couch....) ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. und letzten Stock, weshalb es auch keine lärmende Nachbarn über uns gibt.
The room is spacious, about 21m2, and sunny. Since I am not in Vienna in the months of July and/or August, I would like to rent my room, which is fully equipped with all the necessary furniture (bed, couch, desk, wardrobe...).
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte gar nicht besser sein. In ca. 3 Gehminuten bist du bei der U-Bahn-Station Währinger Straße/Volksoper sowie Nussdorferstraße. Die Straßenbahnlinie 37 und 38 sind in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, die Linien 5,33,30,41,42 in 4 Gehminuten. In ca. 15 Minuten bist du somit in der Innenstadt und der Universität. Trotz der Nähe zur U-Bahn ist es eine sehr ruhige und freundliche Gegend, mit vielen Restaurants und Pubs in der Nähe.
The location couldn't be better. It is about 3 minutes of walking distance to the next tube station (Währinger Straße/Volksoper and Nussdorferstraße) as well as about 2 minutes to the tram line 37,38 and 4 minutes to tram line 5,33,40,41,42. In about 15 minutes you are able to reach the inner city and University of Vienna. Even though the flat is close to the tube station, it is a calm and lovely area, where lots of students live. There are many restaurants and pubs in close range.
Obwohl es eigentlich eine 3er-Wg wäre, wohnen wir nur zur zweit in der Wohnung, weshalb wir wirklich viel Freiraum haben :) Mein Mitbewohner David, 22, Student ist sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und offen.
Even though the flat is suitable for 3 people, only David, my flatmate, and me live there, which is why we really have a lot of space :) David is 22 years old and a very uncomplicated and friendly person.
