As I'm travelling during the whole of February, my beautiful and cozy room is up for rent during this time!
The apartment is in a good condition and is on the third floor (elevator available). The apartment consists of 3 separately accessible rooms and has a furnished kitchen, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a separately accessible toilet. The room being rented has around 20m2 and includes everything one needs (as you can see on the pictures).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist in einem netten 9. Bezirk Grätzl rund um den Sobieskiplatz gut vernetzt. Die Straßenbahnlinien 37, 38 bleiben direkt vor der Türe stehen. 40A, 5,71, 40, 41, 42 sind auch in jeweils 10 Minuten erreichbar sowie die U6. Zu U2 Schottentor braucht man 8 Minuten, U4 Friedensbrücke und damit der Donaukanal ist 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Billa, Spar oder Hofer sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, genauso wie Bipa und was man sonst so braucht.
The tram lines 37, 38 stop directly in front of the door. Underground line U6, bus line 40A, tram lines 5,71, 40, 41, 42 are a 10 minute foot walk away and also underground stop U4 Friedensbrücke (and therefore also the Donaukanal) is nearby (around 10-15 min walk). To the underground stop U2 Schottentor/Main University you’ll need 7minutes by tram.
Also supermarkets like Billa, Spar & Hofer are nearby/in front of the door as well as Bipa and other shops you’ll need.
You will live together with Vincent, a really nice guy, who will start his full-time job in february. Because of that he wont be around that much so you have the appartment almost completely to yourself.
