Hallo!
Unsere WG sucht einen Zwischenmieter (m/w) von Anfang Februar bis Juli oder August.
Das Zimmer ist 22qm groß, mit Parkett und befindet sich im Innenhof.
Es ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Schrank, großer Schreibtisch, Couch, Sitzsack, Bücherregal, ein niedrigeres Regal) und hat ein paar Pflanzen.
Außerdem steht auch ein E-Piano drin, das ich gerne über den Zeitraum drin lassen würde sowie 1 E-Gitarre und 1 Westerngitarre.
Es würde mich freuen, wenn du dich freuen würdest, die Instrumente zu spielen!
Die 3er WG liegt im 3. Stock eines 92qm Altbaus im 9. Bezirk und ist sehr gut angebunden.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die 37, 38 und D, die alle zur Hauptuniversität fahren.
Ein paar Gehminuten weiter fahren die U4 und U6. Billa, Bipa, Hofer und Spar sind sehr schnell zu erreichen
sowie das Billa am Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, das bis 10 Uhr abends und auch Sonntags geöffnet hat.
Die Miete beträgt 400 Euro inklusive W-Lan, Nebenkosten etc.; die Kaution ist eine Monatsmiete.
Die beiden Mitbewohner sind Viktor (23 Jahre, Biologiestudent) und Kai (23 Jahre, Psychologiestudent).
Ich bin auch Psychologiestudent und werde einen Erasmusaustausch im Sommersemester machen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der gut zu uns passt, da wir häufig zusammen etwas unternehmen.
Daher wäre es super, wenn du etwas über dich schreibst.
Erasmusstudenten sind willkommen.

We are looking for a new roommate (m / w) from early February to July or August.
The room is 22 square meters, with parquet and is located in the courtyard.
It is fully furnished (bed, closet, large desk, couch, bean bag, bookshelf, a lower shelf) and has a few plants.
There is also an electric piano in it, which I would like to let in over the period as well as 1 electric guitar and 1 western guitar.
I would be happy if you would enjoy to play on the instruments!
The flat (92sqm) is near the university in the 9th district.
You can reach the 37, 38 and D by feet, which bring you to the main university.
