Nettes Zimmer in schöner Altbauwohnung mitten im 9ten Bezirk!
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster auf die Spitalgasse hinaus mit Morgensonne (und guten Rollos :)) und einem Doppelbett!
Your room is in a nice old-building flat in the 9th district!
The room has a big window to the Spitalgasse with morning sun (and a good roller blind :) ) and a double bed.
Tramlinie 5 und 33 befinden sich direkt vor der Haustüre (Station "Lazarettgasse"), die Tram 43 und 44 sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt (Station "Lange Gasse"), die U2 Schottentor kann zu Fuß in 15min oder mit der 44 oder 43 (2 Stationen) schnell erreicht werden. Die U6 Station Alserstraße kann zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht werden! Also man hat eigentlich in alle Richtungen eine gute Anbindung :)
Eine City Bike Station befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Wohnung.
You can find the tram 5 and 33 directly in front of the door (station "Lazarettgasse"); the tram 43 and 44 are just in 5 minutes walking distance (station "Lange Gasse"). You can reach the Undergroundstation U2 "Schottentor" in either 15 minutes walking distance or 2 station with the tram 44 or 43. the U6 station "Alser Straße" is also in 10 minutes walking distance. So there is a good connection in every direction :)
There is also a City Bike Station opposite our flat.
Wir wohnen zu dritt in der Wohnung, allerdings zieht Anna vor dem Sommer aus und wir suchen für ihr Zimmer noch einen neunen Mieter. Von dem her wissen wir noch nicht genau, wer in dem großen Zimmer dein Mitbewohner ist. (Das große Zimmer hat 20m2 und sucht auch noch einen neuen Mitbewohner!) Dein anderer Mitbewohner ist Philipp. Er ist 23, studiert soziale Arbeit und ist ein sehr aufmerksamer, offener und geselliger Mitbewohner, der gerne kocht und Dinge unternimmt.
We are three people living in the flat, although Anna moves out before summer, so we don't know yet who is going to be your new roomate in the big room. Your other roomate is Philipp. He is 23, studying social work and an attentive, open and sociable person who likes to cook, meet friends and explore new things.
Mein Zimmer ist für 6 Monate frei, weil ich ein Erasmus Semester in Paris mache :) Wenn du willst, kannst du auch mein Fahrrad ausleihen!
Du kannst gerne vorbeikommen und das Zimmer anschauen und uns kennenlernen oder wir können auch gerne skypen :)

My room is free for 6 months because I am going to Paris for an Erasmus Semester :) If you want to, you can also borrow my bike and explore Vienna by bike!
