Da ich 2 Monate Praktikum im Ausland mache und danach noch reisen will, möchte ich gerne mein tolles Zimmer untervermieten.
Es hat mit ~18 m2 die perfekte Größe. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, mit Blick auf Bäume. Es ist daher auch relativ ruhig und man kann z.B. ohne Probleme bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem 140cm Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Kasten. Es gibt auch ein E-Piano und eine Pole-Dance Stange, für die die gerne mal was neues probieren wollen :)
Ansonsten gibt es noch das Zimmer von Neele (eurer ggf. zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin auf Zeit), eine große Küche mit Esstisch und Sitzmöglichkeiten für bis zu 8 Personen (perfekt für Koch- oder Spieleabende ;)). ein Badezimmer, ein WC und natürlich den Flur (inklusive verschönertem Dartboard).

Due to an internship abroad, I'd like to sublet my beloved room.
It has a perfect size (around 18 m2) and it is cozily furnished. Along with a bed, wardrobe, cupboard and desk, there is an e-piano and a pole ;)
Out the window you can see trees and it is quiet, because it is directed towards the courtyard.
Apart from that there is Neeles room (your future roomate),a spacious kitchen with dining table, a bath room, WC and of course the corridor (including a dartboard).
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock in einem Gebäude an einer Kreuzung. Ihr hättet damit eine perfekte Anbindung zu den Öffis. Drei Straßenbahnlinien und eine Buslinie liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Die U6 ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch die U4 lässt sich in 12 Min. erreichen.
Von uns braucht man nur 15 Minuten zur Uni, 10 Minuten zum Campus (altes AKH) und zur MedUni. Man ist also auch echt schnell in der Innenstadt und bei allen HotSpots Wiens :)
Aber noch wichtiger: in 10 Min. ist man am Donaukanal und mit der U6 ist man innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten auf der Donauinsel. Aber auch direkt hier im Viertel gibt es coole alternative Cafés, Bars und Läden - z.B. für Kaffeeliebhaber gibt es eine kleine private Kaffeerösterei direkt schräg gegenüber.

The flat is on the 3rd floor. You have public transport right on the doorstep (three tram lines and a bus). The subway U6 is 3 minutes and the U4 12 minutes away by foot.
You only need 15 minutes to the University (Schottentor), 10 minutes to campus (altes AKH) and to the MedUni. The city centre is very close and there are plenty possibilities to get there.
Most important: in 10 minutes you are at the Donauknal and with the U6 you are on the Donauinsel within 15-20 minutes. Also right in our 9th district there are a lot of cool alternatives cafés, bars and shops - e.g. for coffee lovers there is this little private roasting house right across the street.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Neele ist 26 und studiert Psychologie im Master. Sie wird im Sommer ziemlich viel unterwegs sein, also wirst du die Wohnung wahrscheinlich viel für dich haben :) Neele ist aber eh super entspannt, witzig und cool.
