Due to an internship abroad I am renting my room in an international WG for the summer. The apartment is around 150 square meters with a full equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (shower and bathtub), a huge living room and a small balcony.
The room is pretty big, around 25 square meters, with high ceilings. You will find everything you need, just move in with your suitcase: a huge bed, a TV (with Netflix stick and Amazon Prime), Bluetooth Speakers (Bowers), 2 big commodes (you can as well use the closets in the hallway), desk and two big windows. It is facing a small courtyard in a private street, so is quite calm. Pretty chilly in summer, so you won't have any problems regarding the vieneese warm weather of Summer.
Location can't be better, in the 9th district, very close to Schottenttor. Around HauptUni. That means first district is just a few minutes away by foot. U2 Schottenttor and main tram lines are reachable in a couple of minutes. Everything you will need (Supermarkets, Pharmacy, gym, cool bars and restaurants...) is around the apartment. You can find the Votivpark, perfect to chill in summer, just a few steps from the door.
In the apartment there are two cool and pretty nice Dutch guys living: Wouter, 25, and Sebaatiaan, 27 years old. They speak a bunch of languages, so communication won't be a problem. Both of them are working full time, so it is pretty calm during the day.
We like to have an easy going atmosphere in the wg. That means (mainly during the weekend): we cook together, drink nice wine and enjoy the evenings in the city. If you are new in town, they will show you the coolest spots for the summer. They have a huge knowledge about bars and restaurants in Vienna. Of course privacy, when needed, is fully respected.
A cleaning lady is coming two or three times per month.
Price is closed, no extra costs regarding power, internet or whatsoever.
Dates are the mentioned above, with a bit of flexibility.
