Hallo zusammen,
da ich im Sommer für ein Praktikum nach München gehe, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für mein schönes WG Zimmer. Es ist 24qm groß, sehr hell (2 Doppelfenster) und hat ein großes Boxspringbett (180*200). Außerdem gibt es in der WG eine schöne Küche und ein tolles Bad. Waschmaschine und Internet sind auch dabei.
Die Vermietung kann wahlweise für Juli bis September oder August und September erfolgen.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung, es gibt 2 UBahnen (4 Spittelau und 6 Nußdorfer Str.) sowie diverse Straßenbahnen (37,38,D). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in direkter Nähe (auch Sonntags geöffnet). Es gibt also alles, was man so braucht :).
Dein Mitbewohner ist Stefan, 21. Er studiert Psychologie und ist ein sehr rücksichtsvoller und angenehmer Mitbewohner, sodass es auch kein Problem ist, falls du berufstätig bist.
Vermietung flexibel für 2-3 Monate.
