Bei uns wird ab Ende August ein WG-Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung ist 125 Quadratmeter groß und liegt im 5. Stock (Lift ist vorhanden, für die Unsportlichen :D). Bad und WC sind getrennt und, so wie die gesamte Wohnung, sehr hell. Im Bad gibt’s außerdem eine Badewanne zusätzlich zur Dusche. Eine neue Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Unsere großzügige Wohnküche ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt: Herd, Backofen und Geschirrspüler.
Du könntest ein Zimmer haben, das ca. 22 Quadratmeter groß ist und ein riesiges Fenster hat, das auf eine ruhige Seitenstraße ausgerichtet ist. Vom Vormieter kannst du bei Bedarf Möbel übernehmen.
Die Kaution beträgt 1500€, Miete, Strom und Internet insgesamt 555€.
Die Wohnung liegt im 9. Bezirk direkt beim Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof. U4 Station Friedensbrücke ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die Straßenbahnen D, 5 und 33 fahren direkt vor der Haustür weg. Mit der D ist man in 10 Minuten am Juridicum und an der Hauptuni. Zur MedUni und UniCampus braucht man auch nicht länger.
Am Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof befinden sich Billa, Spar, Hofer, Denns, Bipa und Dm. Billa hat jeden Tag bis 22 Uhr geöffnet, auch sonntags.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind: Kathi (19, Lehramtsstudentin) und Magda (19, Jusstudentin, sie wirkt aber nicht wie eine). Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen eine aufgeweckte Person mit der wir auch mal auf ein Bier gehen können (zum Beispiel in die Bar nebenan). Wenn du Fragen hast, bitte melde dich einfach! 😊
