Ab sofort bis Ende September wird in meiner 2er WG ein ruhiges Zimmer (14m2) mit großem Fenster Richtung Innenhof frei.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 74m2 groß und hat einen hellen, großen Aufenthaltsraum mit Esstisch, Couch und TV.
An die Küche (mit Spülmaschine, Ceran-Kochfeld und Backofen) schließt sich ein praktischer Abstellraum mit großem Kühlschrank und jeder Menge Stauraum an. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Badewanne (mit Duschwand), Badschrank und ein getrenntes WC mit Waschbecken (beide mit Lüftung).
Die WG liegt im schönen 9. Bezirk. Die U6 Haltestelle Nußdorferstraße ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Bim Linien 37, 38 und D fahren vor der Haustür bzw. Um die Ecke. So ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Schottentor! An den Donaukanal braucht man zu Fuß ca. 15min (gute Laufstrecke).
Mit den Öffis ist man in 5min an der Medizin, 7min FHWien WKW, 10min Hauptuni, 25min WU und zu Fuß in 5min bei den Unigebäuden UZA I und II.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie 2 Billa, Spar, Hofer und Bipa befinden sich in der gleichen Straße und sind zu Fuß in nur 1-3min erreichbar. Falls man am Sonntag auch einkaufen möchte, liegt der Billa am Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof nicht weit entfernt.
Dein Mitbewohner ist 26 Jahre alt, Masterstudent und arbeitet nebenbei Teilzeit.
Wenn er nicht gerade lernt oder arbeitet, macht er viel Sport und taucht auch hin und wieder ins Wiener Nachtleben ein.
Das WG-Leben war bisher sehr entspannt, daher wär es super wenn es so bleibt. Grundsätzlich wird Wert auf gegenseitigen Respekt und Sauberkeit gelegt. Dass man mal zusammen kocht und miteinander isst oder film/fernsieht, soll kein Problem sein.
Wohnungsbesichtigung nach Vereinbarung...solltest du noch nicht in Wien sein, kann die Wohnung auch per Skype, FaceTime oder ähnlichem besichtigt werden. Wenn du Interesse hast, bitte melde Dich, gerne auch per Telefon!

From now until the end of September, a quiet room (14m2) with a large window facing the inner courtyard will be available in my 2er WG.
The apartment is 74m2 in total and has a bright, large lounge with dining table, couch, and TV.
The kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, and oven) is connected to a practical storage room with a large fridge and lots of storage space. There is a bathroom with a washing machine, bathtub (with shower wall), bathroom cupboard and a separate toilet with washbasin (both with ventilation).
The WG is located in the beautiful 9th district. The U6 stop Nußdorferstraße can be reached in 4 minutes on foot and the Bim lines 37, 38 and D leave at the front door or around the corner. So you are within 10 minutes at the Schottentor! The Donaukanal can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes (good running distance).
With the Öffis one is in 5min at the medicine, 7min FHWien WKW, 10min Hauptuni, 25min WU and on foot in 5min at the university buildings UZA I and II.
Shopping facilities like 2 Billa, Spar, Hofer and Bipa are located in the same street and can be reached on foot in only 1-3 minutes. If you also want to shop on Sunday, the Billa is not far away at the Franz-Josefs railway station.
Your roommate is 26 years old, a master student and works part-time.
When he's not learning or working, he does a lot of sports and occasionally dives into Vienna's nightlife.
The WG life has been very relaxed so far, so it would be great if it stays that way. Basically, value is placed on mutual respect and cleanliness. The fact that you cook and eat together or watch film/television should not be a problem.
