Hallo ihr Lieben!
Da ich von Mai bis Juni verreise würde ich sehr gern mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete freigeben!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines sanierten Altbaus und ist dementsprechend recht hell.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß und zudem getrennt begehbar.
Sämtliche Möbel wie Bett, Regal und Kleiderschrank sind bereits vorhanden. Optional kann auch ein Schreibtisch reingestellt werden, der bei uns in der Wohnküche steht!
Mit allem drum und dran beträgt die monatliche Miete 400 Euro. Dabei sind alle Nebenkosten inkl. Wlan!
Die Wohnung ist in einer ziemlich zentralen Lage mitten im Uni-Viertel.
Die Straßenbahnen 5 und 33 fahren fast direkt am Haus vorbei. Ansonsten ist die U6 in ca 10 min Gehzeit erreichbar. Ansonsten fahren hier weitere Straßenbahnen innerhalb weniger Minuten auch zum Schottentor (U2)
Für die Zeit würdest mit dem sehr entspannten Phil zusammenleben (Medizinstudent kurz vor dem Abschluss)!
Das WG-Leben ist recht unkompliziert. Hier hat jeder seinen Freiraum, wenn er den braucht. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind aber auch möglich!

Hey there!
I'll be travelling from around Mai until June, thus my room (about 13qm) will be free for rent during that time.
Furniture such as bed, storage rack and wardrobe is included. If needed, you can also put the desk from the living room in your room!
It's a bright roof-top apartment located in a central district in the middle of the university-district.
Several trams are nearby. The underground station (U6) can be reached after a 10 min walk.
The station Schottentor isn't far as well!
You will be living with Phil, a medical student who's quite uncomplicated. Everyone can have is own space, but commen activities are also possible!
