Zur befristeten Untervermietung gelangt ein 25 m2 großes und helles Zimmer mit umfangreicher und moderner Ausstattung (großes Bett, Kleiderschank und Kommoden, kleine Couch, Regale und Schreibtisch). Die zwei großen Altbaufenster sind nach Norden in Richtung des ruhig gelegenen Hofes ausgerichtet. Dadurch kommt nicht nur sehr viel Licht in die Wohnung, sondern ist auch Schlafen mit geöffneten Fenstern durch die ruhige Lage sehr angenehm.
Die Wohnung hat weiters noch eine sehr gemütliche Küche, die mit allem (außer Geschirrspüler) ausgestattet ist und eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit bietet. Gleich daneben befindet sich unser kleines, aber feines Bad mit Waschbecken, neuer Waschmaschine und kürzlich sanierter Dusche. Das WC befindet sich separat.
Das Haus verfügt über einen Lift, der direkt vor der Wohnung hält. Leider ist das Haus jedoch nicht komplett barrierefrei. Es gibt außerdem noch einen großen und abgesperrten Fahrradabstellbereich.

Cosy room in apartment sharing community for temporary sublease!
The big room (25m2) is very bright and fully furnished (queen-size bed, wardrobe and dressers, book cases, couch and desk). Two big windows are located northward and show the nice and calm courtyard. The room is not only very bright, but the quiet location even allows you to sleep with open windows despite being located in the city center.
The apartment has a lovely kitchen which includes almost everything you can wish for (except for a dish washer) and has a comfortable table which seats 4. Right next to it, you can find the small but nice bathroom which contains a basin, a new washing machine and a recently installed shower. The toilet is separate.
The building has an elevator which stops right in front of our apartment. However, the building does primarily have stairs. Bicycle parking available.
Die zentral gelegen Wohnung findet sich inmitten des Wiener Stadtzentrums innerhalb des Gürtels und ist umfassend an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden.

Wir sind zwei Mädels, die beide an der Uni Wien studieren. Während ich ein Auslandssemester absolviere, wird meine Mitbewohnerin in der Wohnung bleiben. Sie kocht gerne, feiert keine wilden Parties und verbringt auch gerne viel Zeit in der Stadt und ist eine wirklich angenehme Mitbewohnerin.
My flatmate and I(both female), who live in this apartment regularly, both study at the University of Vienna. During my semester abroad, my flat mate is going to stay in the apartment. She likes to cook, does not party in the apartment and hangs out in the city a lot and is therefore a very pleasant flat mate.
Das Zimmer wird nur an weibliche Interessenten vermietet. Bevorzugt werden Mädels, die Deutsch oder English sprechen, da sonst die Kommunikation sehr schwierig ist. Möglich ist unter Umständen auch eine kürzere Mietdauer.
