Hi all!
Im going home for the august and decided to rent out my super room!
The room is quite bright despite the tree in the courtyard and above all - cool and pleasant for the summer months. You will have a bed, a wardrobe and great view to the city from the full wall window!
The apartment is divided into 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with a small balcony, bathroom with a window (shower/bathtub/toilet), Extra toilet and a storage space.
We have washing machine, dishwasher, oven but don't have freezer.
The apartment is cozy and well ventilated, which is very important during the summer time in Vienna.
The best thing about the apartment is certainly the location!
Located on the Alserstraße,
you're surrounded by numerous cafes, bars, parks, etc.
Few steps from the apartment - Strudlhofstiege and also Gartenpalais Liechtenstein.
You can reach Schottentor by walk in 10 min or by tram in 5.
Also Billa at Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof works on Sunday!
There is a sweet couple from Ukraine lives the next room with yours.
And at the other end of the apartment - the student, who also rent the room for the summer period.
Overall, all in the shared apartment are very sociable and communicative, but privacy is not too short and it is respected when you have a lot to the ears and time rather spend alone.
If you have question - don't hesitate to ask or call!
