Your room is small but has high ceilings and a beautiful wooden floor. Your window faces the backyard, so your room is quiet and you have a nice (green) view. The room is completely furnished, you only need to bring your personal belongings. Otherwise there is everything you need. In case you need more space to store things, you can use our supply closet.
The rest of the apartment: There is a big corridor which is at the same time kitchen, and living room. There is a small sofa and a big table where we can all eat together. Otherwise, there are our rooms, the small bathroom, a toilet and a wardrobe. In the hallway, there is space to safely put your bike. And we have a great coffee machine!! :)

Dein Zimmer ist relativ klein, hat aber wunderbar hohe Altbaudecken, ist frisch ausgemalt und mit einem sehr schönen Holzboden ausgestattet. Dein Fenster schaut zum grünen Innenhof raus, deshalb ist es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit allem was man braucht. Außerdem gibt es eine Abstellkammer, in der du auch noch Sachen lagern kannst, falls der Platz mal nicht reicht.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem recht großen Flur, der alle Zimmer miteinander verbindet. Im Flur ist auch die Küche mit Esstisch. Es gibt ein separates WC, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und eine Garderobe. Außerdem gibt es unsere beiden Zimmer, die nebeneinander liegen und natürlich dein Zimmer. Im Hausflur kannst du dein Fahrrad Wetter geschützt abstellen. Und ganz wichtig: Wir haben eine super Kaffeemaschine. :)

The Donaukanal, which is a great place to go for a run and Spittelau are very close by. There are a lot of coffeehouses, restaurants and grocery stores. The Schottentor is in 25 walking distance or alternatively 15 minutes by tram. The metro station U6 Nußdorferstraße is in 3 minutes wakling distance. So we are very well connected to the public transport and you'll reach many nice areas in Vienna in a very short time.

Der Donaukanal ist nicht weit entfernt und lädt zum spazieren oder joggen ein. Auch die Fernwärme Spittelau ist gleich um die Ecke. Abgesehen davon gibt es nette Cafés und einige Einkaufsgeschäfte gleich um die Ecke. Bis zum Schottentor läuft man 25 Minuten, mit der Bahn ist man aber natürlich schneller dort (ca. 15 Minuten). Auch sonst kommt man dank der guten Infrastruktur sehr schnell in all die anderen schönen Ecken Wiens. Die U6 ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
We (Catharina & Anne) moved into the flat in October and since our housemate Minke is leaving us for Amsterdam we rent out the third room to a new person. The rental period is flexible: Let us know for how long you need a room and we'll find a solution. We both study psychology, we are openminded and always happy to meet new people. Often we are at university, working, doing sports or meeting friends but we both also enjoy spending time at home, eating together or drinking coffee and wine or just relaxing in our rooms.

Wir wohnen zu zweit in unserer schönen, großen WG direkt an der U-Bahn Station Nußdorfer Straße. Das dritte Zimmer vermieten wir gern auf unbestimmte Zeit an Gäste und Studenten. Wir studieren beide, sind deshalb regelmäßig außer Haus, aber genießen es auch zu Hause gemeinsam Wein & Kaffee zu trinken und gemeinsam zu kochen. Wir sind offenherzig und freuen und neue Menschen kennenzulernen, ziehen uns aber auch gern mal zurück. Außerdem haben wir allerhand Tipps für schöne Kaffeehäuser, Dachterassen und Restaurants in Wien und sind natürlich gern bei Ausflügen und Wien-Entdeckungen dabei.
Der Zeitraum der Miete ist flexibel. Das Zimmer kann ab sofort und ab spätestens 1.8. gemietet werdeb. Ab dann ist langfristig oder für ein halbes Jahr möglich.
