Das Zimmer ist 22m² groß und hat einen rechteckigen Schnitt. Die beiden Fenster gehen auf eine ruhige, baumbestandene Straße hinaus und lassen ab mittags viel Sonne hinein. Im Zimmer steht ein großer grüner Ikea-Pax-Schrank, ein großer Schreibtisch und ein 1,60m Bett welche bei Bedarf übernommen werden können.

The room is about 22m²² and has a rectangular shape. The windows look into a quiet street with trees and let the sun in. The room is furnished with a large Ikea Pax closet, a large desk and a 1,60m bed which can be kept if wished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend im 20. Bezirk, nur 3 min zu Fuß von der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Traisengasse (wo auch die 2er Bim fahrt) entfernt. Zur U6 Dresdner Straße braucht man zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus, allerdings gilt im 20. Bezirk die Kurzparkzone. Zum Einkaufen gibt es im näheren Umkreis einen Billa, einen Merkur sowie einen Hofer und drei verschiedene Anker-Filialen. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet die Millenium-City, die nur eine S-Bahn-Station bzw. 12 min zu Fuß entfernt ist. Doch das Beste ist die Donauinsel, die direkt um die Ecke liegt und die viele Möglichkeiten zum Spaß haben, wie Radfahren, Inlinerfahren, Joggen und im Sommer schwimmen in der Neuen Donau, bietet.

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the 20th district, only 3 min by foot from the S-Bahn stop Traisengasse, where also the tram no. 2 stops. Getting to the U6 Dresdner Straße by foot takes 10 min. There is space for parking in front of the house, but you need to consider that the 20th district is a short-parking zone. For shopping, there are Billa, Merkur, Hofer as well as three Anker-bakeries nearby. Further shopping possibilities offers the MilleniumCity-shopping center which is only one S-Bahn stop or about 12min by foot away. But the best is the proximity of the Danube Island where you can enjoy yourself with biking, inline-skating, running and in summer, swimming in the New Danube.
Da mein jetziger Mitbewohner mit dem ich 3 Jahre lang zusammengewohnt habe, auszieht um auf Weltreise zu gehen, bin ich auf der Suche nach einem/einer neuen Mitbewohner/in. Ich arbeite inzwischen Vollzeit im Öffentlichen Dienst im Bildungsbereich und würde gerne meine Wohnung auch weiterhin teilen. Haustiere sind laut Mietvertrag nicht erlaubt. Bitte keine Paare.

My current flatmate with whom I have shared the apartment for 3 years is moving out to travel the world, so I'm looking for a new flatmate. I'm working fulltime in public service in the area of education and would like to continue sharing my apartment. The lease doesn't allow pets. Please no couples.
Die Wohnung selbst ist hell, hat einen wunderschönen Parkettboden, ein großes luxuriöses Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, ein getrenntes WC, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und eine gemütliche Ecke mit Esstisch zum Zusammensitzen. Zudem gibt es ein kleines Wohnzimmer/Gästezimmer.
Das Zimmer wird zum 1. Oktober frei. Bitte schreibt mir ein paar Zeilen über euch, sodass ich eine Vorstellung davon bekomme mit wem ich es zu tun haben. Ich freue mich auf eure E-Mails. Einen Besichtigungstermin bzw. einen Termin zum Kennenlernen können wir unter der Woche abends oder am Wochenende ausmachen.

The apartment itself is bright, has a beautiful parquet floor, a big, luxurious bathroom with a separate room for the toilet, a completely equipped kitchen and a cozy corner with a dining table for getting together. Additionally, there's a small living room/guest room.
