Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, ist sehr ruhig und geht auf eine wenig belebte und befahrene Nebenstrasse hinaus. Es verfügt über ein Hochbett mit Matratze, ein Sofa, Schreibtisch und einen kleinen, geleerten Schrank!
Neuwertiger Parkettboden und schallgedämmte Tür zum Vorraum hin.
Und die Wohnung verfügt auch über ein Wohnzimmer!
The room ist very bright and quiet and is directed towards a very calm side street. It contains a loft bed with mattress, a sofa, a desk and a emptyed smaller wardrobe!
The floor consists of a newer parquett!
And here is also a living room in our flat!
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist wirklich grossartig- Strassenbahnlinie 5 hält fast direkt vor dem Haus, und U4 Friedensbrücke ist in 10 Min zu Fuss erreicht/5 min mit der Strassenbahn, U6 Jägerstrasse ist auch in 10 Min zu Fuss erreichbar, 5B zu Fuss in 5 Min erreichbar- Wallensteinplatz.
Geschäfte gleich um die Ecke: Billa, Bipa in 2 Min und Merkur 10 Min zu Fuss entfernt u.a
Im Grünen bist du auch ganz schnell- der Augarten ist gleich um die Ecke- 3 Minuten zu Fuss!
Connections are great- tram 5 stops nearly infant of the house, U4 Friedensbrücke and U6 Jägerstrasse are reachable within 10 Min walk/or 5 min by tram. 5B leaves at Wallensteinplatz, reachable in 5 min walk!

Unsere WG löst sich mit Ende August auf! Ich hab 2 sehr nette, aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner, Chiara (ist Italienerin) und Stefan aus Österreich- haben beide Mathematik studiert, sind gern draussen in der Natur unterwegs, sind begeistert von Mountainbikefahren und Radpolo! Im Sommer werden sie recht viel unterwegs sein/ab und zu aber auch bestimmt mal da- werde sie noch genauer fragen.
Our WG is dissolving at the end of August! My 2 other flatmates are really nice and open- Chiara is an Italian, and Stefan form Austria- both studied Mathematics, love being in nature with their bikes- mountainbiking and playing radpolo! In summer they will be quite active, so its very likely you won`t see them too often- but sometimes for sure- will ask them about more details.
Am Liebsten würde ich beide Monate zusammen an eine Person vermieten- solltest du dich aber nur einen der beiden Monate einmieten wollen, können wir darüber reden!
I prefer to rent the room to somebody who wants to stay for July as well as August- but if you only want to rent it one of these months we can talk about that!
