hallo,
mein 20m2 großes Zimmer zwischen der U4 Station Friedensbrücke und der U6 Station Jägerstraße wird mit April frei. Außerdem halten die Straßenbahnlinien 5 und 33 direkt vor der Haustür und die 31er ist auch gleich ums Eck.
In der Wohnung wohnen noch Pete, Martin, Sophia (zw. 23 und 29) und zwei Katzen. Ab und an kochen wir gemeinsam etwas oder trinken ein Bier :)
Der Augarten ist nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Nähe zum Donaukanal ist vor allem im Frühling und Sommer echt super!
Bei weiteren Fragen einfach melden! Die Höhe der Abschlagszahlung aka. Ablöse ist noch nicht fix aber wird um die 100€ betragen.

Hello,
I am renting out my 20sq room located between the U4 station Friedensbrücke and the U6 station Jägerstraße. Moreover, the tram lines 5, 33 and 31 are located nearby.
Your flatmates are Pete, Martin and Sophia as well as 2 cats. :) We like to cook together from time to time or drink a beer.
In 3 mins walking distance u reach the Augarten park, which is a nice place to do sports or hang out and also the Donaukanal where u find many bars and places to hang out next to the water.
