Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Mitbewohner/In für eine schöne, ruhige WG bei Handelskai. Die Einzug wäre sofort möglich. Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung und befindet sich 5 Min weg von U- bahn , S-bahn -Haltestelle Handelskai Und 8 Min von Strassenbahn 33, 31, 2 Friedrich -Engels -Platz Haltestelle. Die Bushaltestelle ( 5A,11A,11B, 37A, N64) ist ebenfalls vor der Haustür. Die Millenium -City mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kino , Restaurants und vielen mehr ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Lage ist perfekt für die , die gerne laufen , radfahren oder in der Natur sind , da die Donauinsel nur 5 - 10 Minuten entfernt ist.

Man trinkt man ab und zu ein Wein zusammen oder redet am abend gemeinssm.
Ich versuche die Wg mit einem Putzplan sauber zu halten und respektvoll miteinander umzugehen . Bei Gelegenheit trifft man sich in der Küche zum plaudern oder kocht mal gemeinsam. Ich bin lustig und entspannte WG und freu mich dich kennenzulernen .
