Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Brigittenau.
Die U-Bahn Station Jägerstraße ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Linie 31 zum Schottentor, von wo aus die Linie U2 fährt.
Stadtzentrum, Donauinsel, Prater und Donaukanal sind schnell zu erreichen.

Der Hannovermarkt liegt drei Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und lässt Marktfanatiker_innenherzen höher schlagen. Falls es doch lieber der Supermarkt sein soll, gibt es die Qual der Wahl, ob es der Hofer, Billa, Penny oder doch der große Merkur sein soll.
Auch ein Bipa und Libro sind nicht weit. Großstädtische Infrastruktur eben, die auch mit Kebabs, Würstel, lecker Eis und co. in der näheren Umgebung aufwartet.
Für Sportliche ist eine Boulderhalle in drei Gehminuten erreichbar, das Brigittenauer Bad liegt quasi vor der Haustür, der Donaukanal lädt zu einer Runde Laufen ein und die Nähe zur Donauinsel zum Baden. Der Augarten ist zwei Bim-Stationen entfernt und bietet genügend Platz für Frisbee, Slackline oder einfach nur zum faul rumliegen.
Mit der U6 ist man eigentlich ziemlich überall ziemlich schnell und unkompliziert und was die nicht erreicht, kompensieren Straßenbahn und Bus erfahrungsgemäß absolut zufriedenstellend.


The apartment is located in beautiful Brigittenau.
The subway station Jägerstraße is only a few minutes walk away. Directly in front of the house you find the tram 31 which goes to station Schottentor, from where the metro U2 leaves.
City center, Danube Island, Prater and Danube Canal are easy to reach.

The Hannovermarkt is a three-minute walk from the apartment and awaits with fresh food, fruits and vegetables. If it should be a supermarket, there is the you have the choice between Hofer, Billa, Penny or even the big Merkur.
Also a Bipa and Libro are not far. Metropolitan infrastructure offers kebabs, sausages, yummy ice cream and co.
For athletic people the boulder hall is only a three minutes walk away, the Brigittenauer bath is virtually on the doorstep, the Danube Canal invites you to jog along and the proximity to the Danube Island for swimming. The Augarten is two bim stations away and offers enough space for Frisbee, slackline or just to be lazy and hang around.
With the U6 you are fast and uncomplicated pretty much everywhere and what you do not achieve, the tram and bus will compensate.

Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit einem Pärchen teilen, welches unkompliziert & entspannt ist. Wenn die beiden nicht am arbeiten bzw. studieren sind, sind sie ziemlich unternehmungslustig und viel draußen in den Bergen bzw. der Natur unterwegs. Es ist auch geplant, dass sie im Sommer einen Monat auf Reisen gehen, da hättest du dann die Wohnung für dich alleine! :)

Ein respektvoller Umgang ist uns allen sehr wichtig, ansonsten kann jede_r machen, was er/sie will. Dennoch kochen wir gerne gemeinsam, trinken das ein oder andere Getränk oder sind draußen unterwegs.



You would share the flat with a couple. They are really relaxed and easy-going. When they are free from work / university, they are most of the time outside. They are also planning to go on vacation for a few weeks which means you would have the whole flat for your own! :)

A respectful approach is very important to all of us, otherwise everyone can do what he / she wants. Nevertheless, we like to cook together, drink one or two drinks or go outside.

Zeitraum flexibel - auch nur ein oder zwei Monate möglich.

You can take the room also for one ore two months only.
