da ich kommendes Semester im Ausland bin, sucht meine Mitbewohnerin eine liebe Zwischenmieterin (bevorzugt Frauen).
Über die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt im 20. Gemeindebezirk, direkt neben dem Augarten - der zweite Bezirk liegt also einen Katzensprung von uns entfernt. Sie ist vollständig ausgestattet, mit einer neuen Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, einem Ess-/Wohnzimmer und zwei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern. Meines ist das kleinere von beiden und ist natürlich auch vollständig ausgestattet (inkl. Bettwäsche). Mein Zimmer ist in den Hof hinaus gerichtet und relativ ruhig. Die Sonne wird dich morgens aufwecken, ich habe aber natürlich auch eine Jalousie. Auch Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler fehlen in unserer Wohnung nicht. Für Gäste (bitte mit meiner Mitbewohnerin absprechen) haben wir eine ausziehbare Couch im Wohnzimmer.

About the apartment:
The apartment is in the 20th district, right next to the Augarten - therefore the 2nd district is right next to us. It is fully equipped with a new kitchen, a bath with a bathtub, a dining/living room and two separate rooms. My room is the smaller one and also fully equipped (incl. bed linen). My room is located to the yard and relatively calm. In the morning, the sun will wake you up. However, I have also a blind if needed. A washing machine and a dishwasher are in our apartment too. We have a sleeping couch in our living room as well if guests are coming over (please talk to my flat mate in regards to this).
Öffentliche Anbindung:
Die Wohnung liegt trotz "äußerem Bezirk" sehr zentral, da wir gleich an die inneren Bezirke angrenzen. Es fahren zwei verschiedene U-Bahnen in der Nähe weg und auch Straßenbahnen und Busse sind nicht weit von uns entfernt, die uns schnell in die Innenstadt bringen.
Circa 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn in den 1. Bezirk, 1 Gehminute in den 2. Bezirk und 7 Gehminuten in den 8. bzw. 9. Bezirk.
Man braucht circa 15-20 Minuten zur Hauptuni und 20-25 Minuten zur WU und TU.

Public transportation:
Despite the "outer district", the apartment is very central as we are right next to the inner districts. There are two different metro stations not far from us and also trams and busses are in walking distance. You can get into the city centre very quickly.
It will take you about 10 minutes by tram to the first district, 1 minute by foot to the 2nd district and 7 minutes by foot to the 8th and 9th district.
It will take you about 15-20 minutes to the main university, 20-25 minutes to the WU and TU.
Über meine Mitbewohnerin:
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 25, am Ende ihres Masterstudiums und hat bereits zu arbeiten begonnen. Sie ist gerne unterwegs, interessiert sich für Kunst&Kultur, schaut gerne Filme und ist auch für Drinks am Donaukanal immer zu haben. Wir kochen aber auch regelmäßig gemeinsam in der WG, machen zusammen Sport oder verbringen gemütliche Abende in der WG. Sofern du Freunde einladen möchtest, bitte einfach Bescheid geben, sie hat selten etwas dagegen einzuwenden.
Die Sauberkeit:
Wir schätzen Sauberkeit sehr und kümmern uns gemeinsam um den Haushalt. Einfach mit ihr gemeinsam absprechen.

About my flat mate:
She is 25 years old, at the end of her Masters and has already begun to work. She likes to go out, is interested in art and culture, likes watching movies and loves to go for drinks at the canal. We often cook together, do sport or relax together in our apartment. If you would like to invite friends, just tell her. Most of the times she is fine with it.
Cleanliness:
We are very fond of a clean apartment and are both doing the household. Just talk to her how you manage it.
Für Sportliche und Naturliebhaberinnen:
Der Augarten ist ein großer Park, in dem man super joggen kann. Man sieht auch öfters Yogis, Akrobaten, Fußballer und andere Sportler. Aber auch zum sonnen oder für ein gemütliches Picknick ist unser Park hervorragend. Wenn du jedoch etwas Wasser um dich herum haben möchtest, ist der Donaukanal in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Dort kann man ebenfalls super joggen. Oder ihr fahrt mit der U-Bahn 2 Stationen zur Donauinsel mit Schwimmmöglichkeiten und tollen Outdoor-Aktivitäten.
Einkaufen und Essmöglichkeiten:
Wir haben in der Nähe gleich einen Bäcker der 24/7 geöffnet hat. Auch Billa, Lidl und Penny sind nicht allzuweit entfernt und mit 2 Straßenbahnstationen erreicht man sogar noch Spar und Merkur. Auch vorhanden sind Drogeriemärkte, eine Apotheke, Kebap Stände, Bank und Post. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Um die Ecke haben wir auch eine gute Pizzeria, ein österreichisches Restaurant und einen Thailänder.

For sportive people and nature lovers:
The Augarten is a large park where you can go for a run. You often see yogis, acrobats, soccer players and other sportsmen. You can get a great tan or have a nice picnic in the park as well. If you like to be next to the water, the canal is only 5 minutes by foot. You can go for a run there too. Otherwise you can take a metro to reach the "Donauinsel" (it is a huge island in the Danube). It is only two stations by metro and there are swimming possibilities and other outdoor activities.
Groceries and Restaurants:
We have a bakery not far from us which is opened 24/7. Also grocery stores such as Billa, Lidl and Penny can be reached in a couple of minutes. If you take 2 stations by tram, there is also Spar and Merkur. Furthermore, there are drugstores, a pharmacy, fast food restaurants, a bank and a post office - all of them are in walking distance. Also great Pizza, Austrian and Thai restaurants are not far away.
