Da ich ausziehe suche ein/e Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat ca. 16m^2, hat einen Einbauschrank welcher sehr groß ist und viel Stauraum bietet. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hofseitig ausgerichtet, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Die Wohnung ist ca. 80m^2 groß hat eine kleine Küche, Bad(mit Dusche) und WC sind getrennt und eine Abstellkammer. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen Balkon welcher sich in den warmen Monaten optimal anbietet draussen zu sitzen. Im Preis ist alles inklusive (Betriebskosten+WLan).
Für Besichtigungen und ein Kennenlernen bitte melden :)
Die WG liegt in einer Top Lage. 5min zufuß zur UBahn Station Spittelau U4/U6 und D. 5min zur Klosterneuburgstraße. Somit ist man sofort im Zentrum. Lebensmittelmärkte sind auch unmittelbar in der Nähe.
In der WG leben dann Fabián aus Deutschland Psychologie Student und Amelie aus Wiener Neustadt ebenfalls Psychologie Studentin.
