We are renting a 12m² room in our flared flat right next to one of the most beautiful parks in Vienna! The rent is 320€ + Electricity&Gas and Internet = 380€ all incl.
Also belonging to the room is a HUGE wardrobe. It is outside the room, which increases the m² at least by 2-3m².
Secrurity deposit is 3 month of rent, which you will get back, when you leave the appartement.
Trams:
5 -> Praterstern U2/U1 in 5 minutes and University Vienna Campus in 15 minutes! Also U4 in 3 minutes!
33 -> U6 Jägerstraße in 2 minutes and also going in the direction of U4 Friedensbrücke getting there in 3 minutes!
31 -> Going to Floridsdorf U6 and Jägerstraße U6 in one direction and U2 Schottenring in 2 stopps!
Busses:
5A: Going to U6 Dresdnerstraße in 2 stopps and U1 Nestroyplatz!

ennis:
26 years of age, he is catching up on his graduation and works in IT support. Dennis is in charge in all matters regarding internet and IT in our flat. He is a talkaktive, active person who loves longboarding and plays the guitar. In the evening or whenever he has some free time, he loves to game on his computer.
Marvin:
26 years of age, Marvin did an apprenticeship in Germany to become a mechatronic engineer. Right now he is studying for an entrance exam to deepen his knowledge in mechatronic and robotics. He loves to cook, which he does nearly daily, which is great for a steady food supply :D. He plays soccer, goes to the gym and is a really chill person. He is one of those people who loves to laugh and spreads the laughter like marmide on a toast.
Mike:
26 years of age. I am studying Psychology in a masters program. Most of my time I spend at University with Marvin, studying. I love to go in the Augarten to play soccer, relax in the sun or enjoy a good workout in the gym.
