Hier erstmal ein paar hardfacts:
-20qm Altbau in schicker WG mit bester Aussicht in ganz Wien
-voll möbiliert (Bett, Tisch, Kleiderstange,...)
-Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, staubsauger, Internet usw. alles inkl.
Die Lage ist super. Du schaust von deinem Zimmer auf einen kleinen Park. Daher ist es sehr ruhig obwohl es sehr zentral gelegen ist. Mit der U-Bahn in 10 min im Zentrum und Uni oder Akh für die Mediziner. Außerdem bist du in 5 min im Augarten, was für den Wiener Sommer essentiell ist.
Das WG-leben ist super angenehm. Andi ist Mediziner und Athene in Sprachen und Kommunikation unterwegs. Wir Quatschen und kochen gern zusammen, allerdings ergibt es sich eher selten, da beide sehr in Arbeit und Studium eingebunden sind. Andi sorgt dafür dass immer die neusten Gadgets in der Wohnung sind. Deshalb haben wir auch eine vollautomatik Kaffeemaschine. Wenn du allerdings mehr auf handgemachten Kaffee stehst, hat dafür jeder Verständnis! :D
Ich bin relativ flexibel was das ein und auszugsdatum angeht. Auf ein paar Tage kommt es da sicher nicht an. Freue mich von dir/ euch zu hören.
