Das Zimmer ist relativ klein und Hat ein Fenster. Viel mehr kann man über 11qm nicht sagen.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Der rest der Wohnung ist vollständ ausgestattet. Nur bei den Möbeln in den Gemeinschaftsräumen fällt eine Ablöse an.
Insgesamt wird dir Miete 500€ kosten. Ablöse und Kaution bei Einzug liegen dann insgesamt bei 1850€.

Liegt nahe zweier Busstationen (Würmstraße und Ernst Reuter Platz). Die Anbindung mit dem Bus zum TU Gorschungszentrum ist sehr gut. Ebenso die Verbindungen zu diversen UBahn Stationen im Münchner Stadtgebiet. Mit der SBahn ist man in 18 Minuten am Münchner Hbf mit dem RB in 12.

Da zwei von drei Bewohnern ausgezogen sind, kann nicht viel dazu gesagt werden. Das muss von den neuen gestaltet werden.
Der Bewohner der dort bleibt ist sehr nett und auch gesellig. Man kann also mit ihm definitiv was starten.

Zusätzlich zur Wohnung gibt es noch einen Keller und einen Waschraum.
Ein Bad und eine Seperate Toilette.
