Wir suchen jemanden für Zwischenmiete bis Ende September :)
Unserer Wohnung hat
- eine geräumige Küche mit einem Esstisch auf den wir alle gleichzeitig Platz haben, einen Gasherd, Backofen, Tiefkühlschrank, Kühlschrank natürlich auch und eine Speisekammer mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine; auch an Geschirr sollte genügend da sein.
- ein kleines aber feines Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und Waschbecken, und ein getrennt begehbares Klo
- drei gleichgroße Zimmer (20 m2), wovon wir eines vermieten.
- eine Terasse/Balkon mit Blick in den Innenhof
- und einen Vorraum wo Jacken und Schuhe platz finden.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 20 Quadratmeter und den Zugang zum gemeinsam genutzten Balkon. Es wird möbliert vermietet, es kann aber das eine oder andere auch rausgeben und umgestellt werden, sollte es stören. Es enthält einen Schreibtisch (mit Sessel), ein Bett (120cm x 200cm), einen Kasten, ein Bücherregal, ein Stufenregal, eine Pflanze, eine kleine Couch und einen Couchsessel mit Tischchen.

Hallo we want to rent out one room of our flat untill March.
Our flat has three living rooms, one of them we want to rent. A kitchen with a table where four to five persons can sit comfortable, a stove which works with gas and an electrical oven. Also a fridge and a freezer are in the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a pantry with a dishwasher and a washing machine inside.
We have a small but comfortable bathroom and a separated toilet.
In our big anteroom we have place for shoes, jackets and scooters. ☺
But the highlight of our flat is the terrace, where we plant vegetables and herbs, witch faces in the courtyard. When it is warm we love to eat at the terrace. ☺
The room which we want to rent out also faces to the courtyard and has the conection to the balcony, it is about 20m2.
Ther is one bed (2m x 1,20m), a table with a chair and a regal for books, a regal, a couch with chair and table, and a wardrobe and a plant :)
Die Kreindlgasse ist im Grunde eine sehr ruhige Straße. Direkt gegenüber unserer Wohnung ist eine Schule und um die Ecke eine Feuerwehrhauptzentrale (die jedoch ohne Sirene durch die Gasse fahren) und die Postzentrale (manchmal sehr praktisch).
Auf der Döblinger Hauptstraße sowie auf der Bilrothstraße (in unmittelbarer Umgebung) gibt es Billa, DM, Spar Premium, div. Bäcker und noch einige weitere Geschäfte.
U6/U4 Spittelau ist in gehnähe (rund 8 Minuten zu Fuß, 4 mit einem Scooter)
Straßenbahnlinie 37 / 38, sowie Busse 10A / 35A in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zur Hauptuni Wien (Zentrum) brauche ich ungefähr 20 Minuten (mit Öffis) und die BOKU Standorte sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar, aber auch öffentlich.
Der Wertheimsteinpark ist sehr schnell erreichbar und auch der Türkenschanzpark ist nicht allzu weit.

About the neighbourhood:
In about 4 minutes you can reach some shops and a post office in the next street.
To the university of Vienna which is in the center it is about 20 minutes with the tram.
The next underground station (U6/U4) is 8 minutes from here by walking.
The trams 37 and 38 and also the Buses 10A and 35A you can reach in 4 minutes walking.
To the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) it is about 15-20 minutes by walking but also Buses are going there.
The nearest park is the “Wertheimsteinpark” which you can reach in 5 minutes by walking.
Wir sind eine sehr familiäre und gemütliche WG. Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam, und verbringen auch sonst viel zeit zusammen, geben uns aber auch unseren Freiraum. Wir sind alle zwischen 22 und 23 und studieren in Wien. Moritz und Samuel studieren Agrarwissenschaften und ich mache Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie. Nebenbei arbeiten wir auch alle ein bisschen.

We are a familiar and comfortable flat. We like to cook and share time together, but there is also space to be alone if you like to. We are between 22 and 23 years old and are studying in Viena. Moritz and Samuel are studying Agricultur and I to social- and cultural anthropology. We all have too an little job.
