Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Nußberg.
Es wird unmöbliert übergeben und liegt im Erdgeschoß, auf gleicher Ebene mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad und daher leider nicht das ruhigste im Haus.
The room is small but lovely and has a wonderful sight to the vineyards.
It's unfurnished and is on the same floor than the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room, thats why its unfortunately not the most quiet room in the house.
Das Haus ist in Nußdorf direkt vor den Weinbergen, man ist also mit einem Schritt vor der Haustür schon am perfekten Spazierort angelangt. Die Endstation vom D-Wagen ist ca. 7 min vom Haus entfernt.
The house is in Nußdorf, directly in front of the vineyards. So with only one step out of the door you are at perfect place for a beautiful walk. The terminal station of the D-Tram is about 7 min away from the House.
Hallo ihr lieben Leute,
wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Person, die mit uns gemeinschaftlich wohnen möchte. Wir sind: Unser WG Pärchen Julien und Martina, Mali, Elke und Nora die bestimmt irgendwann wieder von ihrer Weltreise zurückkommt.
Um auch die Vierbeiner nicht zu vergessen: Finde die alte Hundedame und die Rennmäuse.
Wir beschäftigen uns mit den unterschiedlichsten Dingen: Ökosozialem Wandel, Lebensmittel- und Biotechnologie, Alexandertechnik, gewaltfreie Kommunikation, Inneres Kind bzw. innere Anteile, Raum geben, Permakultur und Biolandbau, Festivals organisieren, Themenzentrierte Interaktion, Pferde, Sport, Tiere, Musik, Biologie, Wildtierökologie, Pflanzen- kurz gesagt: mit dem Leben in allen Formen und Farben.
Uns ist ein gemeinsames Miteinander und gute Kommunikation sehr wichtig.
Einmal im Monat kommen wir alle zusammen um alle möglichen Themen im Plenum zu besprechen.
Unsere Lebensmittel beziehen wir hauptsächlich von der Foodcoop wofür wir einen gemeinsamen Geldbeutel haben. Generell steht die Devise, alles darf gegessen werden ;) Wir würden uns freuen, wen du dich daran beteiligst.
Meistens ist ziemlich viel Leben im Haus, sei es, dass gemeinsam gekocht, musiziert, im Garten gearbeitet oder einfach nur Bier getrunken wird. Natürlich wird auf Rückzugsbedürfnis Rücksicht genommen.

We - that is: Our lovely couple Julien and Martina, Elke, Mali and Nora who will someday come back from her travels. Not to forget fourlegged housemates: The old doglady Fine and the three gerbils
We diverse bunch of people interested all kinds of subjects: Ecological an social change, Food Science and Biotechnology, Alexandertechiques, non violent communication, giving space, permaculture and organic agriculture, organizing festivals, theme-centered interaction, horses, sports, animals, music, plants and gardening. In short life in all it's forms an colors.
It's important to us not to live next to each other but to share and live together.
Once a month we meet in a plenum to talk about all the important stuff.
Most of our food we get from the foodcoop, for which we have a common wallet. Like this we can eat everything in the kitchen and fridge. We'd be happy if you would up for that :)
Most of the time there is a lot going on in the house, we cook together, play music, work on the garden or simply drink beer. Of course we also respect the need for privacy.

Unser Mietvertrag läuft bis Aprill 2021, wir hoffen darauf ihn verlängern zu können, wissen allerdings noch nicht, ob das klappt.
Falls du erst ab September suchst wäre das auch möglich.
Sonst wird auch noch ein größeres, ruhigeres Zimmer mit eigenem Bad in unserem Haus frei.
