Hallo liebe Zimmersuchenden,
in unserer Wohnung wird auf den 1. Juli ein schönes Zimmer in der 7er WG frei, da Chrissy zum Ende des Semesters auszieht.
Das Zimmer hat insgesamt 45 m^2, einen Kamin (der aber vor allem dekorativ ist ;) ), einen Balkon und viele große Fenster, sodass es sehr hell ist. Die Möbel bleiben alle in dem Zimmer, könnten aber bei Bedarf aber auch in den Keller verlagert werden. Das Zimmer ist groß genug, um es alleine oder auch zu zweit zu bewohnen.

There will be a free room in or nice flat from the 1st of july, as Chrissy will be moving out at the end of the semester. Its 45qm in total and very light with many windows. There is an adjacent balcony towards a calm street, which is occasionally used by everybody. There is some furniture that may be used or taken to the cellar.
Unsere WG liegt genau an der Grenze zwischen dem 18. und dem 19. Bezirk, etwa 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt von der Boku. Der wunderschöne Türkenschanzpark befindet sich damit auch direkt ums Eck. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, wie der 40A und 37A, sind auch in wenigen Minuten (2- max.6 Min) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minten bei Öffi-Knotenpunkt Spittelau, nur auf dem Rückweg muss man etwas strampeln. ;) Wir wohnen also nicht ganz zentral, sind aber auf jeden Fall gut angebunden.

Our flat is at the border of the 18th and 19th district in close proximity to the BOKU university. The beautiful parc, the Türkenschanzpark, is just around the corner. The buses 10A, 40A and 37A and the S45 are in walking distrance. With the bike its just 5 minutes to Spittelau to the U4 and U6, although on the way back the hill is a bit of a struggle. We dont live very central but are well connected.
Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich freundlich und kommunikativ, wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Für eine große WG gibt es relativ wenig Wechsel, neue MitbewohnerInnen fanden sich meist schnell ein. Wie es halt so ist verbringt man mal mehr, mal weniger Zeit miteinander. Das Essen teilen wir uns, aber nicht unbedingt alles. Fünf von uns bestellen sich zweimal die Wochen eine Gemüsekiste.
Wir sind zwischen 23. und 29. Barbara ist selbstständige Näherin, Carla studiert Physik und Astronomie, klettert und bouldert leidenschaftlich. Romana studiert auch Physik und arbeitet in der Boulderbar, zieht es jedoch vor anderen beim Bouldern zuzusehen. Julian arbeitet in einer Kindergruppe und ist Inkubator für Zivilgesellschaftliche Projekte. Haide hat Social Design studiert und Sebastian arbeitet im Neusiedlersee Nationalpark als Guide. Laura ist hier um die Ecke an der Boku und lstudiert ökologische Landwirtschaft.

We live in a communal and friendly way with each other. Food is being shared, everyone decides for him-/herself to which degree.
We are between the ages of 23 to 29. Barbara is a self-employed sewist, Carla studies physics and astronomy, boulders and climbs passionately. Romana also studies physics, works in a boulder bar but prefers to watch others sweat. Julian works in a childrens group, Haide studied urban sociology and art. Laura is learing about ecological farming and Sebastian is working in a nationalpark as a guide.
