Hallo zusammen,
ich vermiete für 1 Monat mein WG-Zimmer.
Das Zimmer fällt mit 27 qm relativ groß aus und bietet viel Stauraum. An das Zimmer schließen beidseitig die anderen WG-Zimmer an. Mein Zimmer erreicht man daher über ein Durchgangszimmer. Alle Möbel sowie Drucker, Stereoanlage, etc. verbleiben im Zimmer und können natürlich gerne verwendet werden.
THE ROOM:

I'm going to study abroad and therefore I'm looking for a person for intermediate rent.
The room is fully furnished with bed, couch, desk, shelves and cupboards. Of course you can use everything I leave in the room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gürtelnähe zwischen den U-Bahnstationen U6 Nussdorferstraße und U6/U4 Spittelau, die jeweils in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Direkt vor der Haustüre fährt die Linie 37 sowie 38 vorbei. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich ein Eurospar, Hofer und Billa sind auch in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

LOCATION:
The underground stations Spittelau with U4 /U6 and U6 Nussdorferstraße are just a 5 min walk from the apartment. With the U4 you reach the city centre (Karlsplatz) in about 15 min. With the U6 you can get directly to Westbahnhof (railway station).
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Andi (24), VWL- sowie Informatikstudent, der das angrenzende Durchgangszimmer bewohnt.
Das 3. Zimmer teilt sich Vicky (30) mit Christoph (29), die beide berufstätig sind.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern unternehmen auch öfters etwas zusammen. Christoph veranstaltet etwa gerne Spieleabende und freut sich über willige Mitspieler. Ansonsten wird natürlich auch öfter das eine oder andere Bier getrunken und der nahe Gürtel unsicher gemacht ;)
Unter der Woche und vor allem jetzt im Sommer ist es aber relativ ruhig, da alle meistens viel zu tun haben und/oder gar nicht in Wien sind.
