Wir vermieten ein ~25m2 wg-Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon in unserer schönen WG im 19.!
Wir suchen entweder ein Pärchen (Gesamtpreis wäre 600€/Monat) oder jemand einzelnes (Gesamtpreis wäre 500€/Monat) für das Zimmer. Im Preis ist Miete, Strom, Gas und Internet zusammengefasst.
Die Wohnung ist 170m^2 groß, sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und zwei große Gemeinschaftsräume sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ein schöner Altbau mit hellen Zimmern, hohen Decken und einigen Sofas, man fühlt sich sehr wohl darin.
Die Vormieter (Pärchen) würden das Bett gegen Ablöse weitergeben, die restlichen Möbel die im Zimmer zu sehen sind nehmen sie beim Auszug mit!
The room is very large (~25 sqm) and bright and has its own small balcony.
We're looking either for a couple (price would be 600€/month) or just one person (price would be 500€/month) for the room. The price includes rent, electricity, gas and internet.
The apartment is also very spacious (170 sqm) and well equipped, the kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, and there are also two common rooms. You will feel very much at home in here.
The previous tenants (couple) would sell the bed to the next tenant, they will take all the other furniture of the room with them though!
Nähe Spittelau U4,U6 sowie zu den Linien 37/38, 39A,10A. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Döblinger Hauptstraße. Gute Öffentliche Anbindung nach Klosterneuburg/IST-Austria.
Alle Standorte der Boku sind gleich ums eck, und auch das Biologiezentrum Althanstraße. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es nicht weit auf den Kahlenberg oder an den Kanal und die Donauinsel. Auch zum Schottentor fährt man nur 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
The apartment it is only a 5 min walk to tramlines 37 and 38 and buses 39A, 10A
and 35A. A little further away is the Spittelau U-Bahn station (U4 and U6 lines). Klosterneuburg/IST-Austria can be reached by public transport within 45 min from the Apartment. The apartment is very close to BOKU-University and the city center is only 20 minutes away by bike or by tram. You can do your shopping on the Döblinger Hauptstraße which is very close and has bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks etc. If you like nature you can also reach the Danue island or the hills and vineyards of the Kahlenberg in 20mins by bike.
Wir sind drei Studenten zwischen 24 und 29 Jahre alt, studieren (1 Bachelor, 2 Phd) und arbeiten und wohnen schon seit ~2 Jahren in unserer schönen Wohnung im 19. Untertags geht jeder seiner Wege aber abends plaudern wir gerne in der Küche oder gehen auch mal gemeinsam eine Runde laufen. Auf unserer großen Couch im Wohnzimmer werdet ihr euch schnell zu Hause fühlen.
A little bit about us: we are three students aged 24-29 (one Bachelor students, two PhD) and have lived in the apartment for ~2 years. We are all quite buisy during the day but will for sure sit together for a chat or a TVshow in the evenings. You will feel at home very quickly in the apartment, most likely because of the large sunny rooms and the big couch in the living room :)
