Ich suche eine Nachmieterin, die mein Vertrag in DOHO Studentenwohnheim ab März übernimmt. Der Vertrag läuft bis Ende September, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit es zu verlängern.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 groß, komplett möbiliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch, Wandregale, Spiegel, TV) und ist Teil eines double studios, also würdest du dir Badezimmer, Küche und Balkon mit einem anderen Mädchen teilen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 509 €, alles ist inkludiert (auch Internet, TV Gebühren, etc.).
Es gibt auch ein Waschraum, ein Gemeinschaftsraum, ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und ein Kellerabteil.
Das Zimmer wird zweimal pro Monat von einer Reinigungskraft gereinigt.
Das Studentenheim wurde 2017 gebaut, somit ist alles neu.

Hello.
I am looking for someone to take over my contract in the dorm DOHO from the beginning of March (girls only). The contract lasts till the end of September, but you can prolong it.
The room is approximatly 12 m2, completely furnished (bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, nightstand, shelves, mirror, TV) and is part of a double studio so you would have to share the bathroom, the kitchen and the balcony with another girl.
The rent is 509 € and is all inclusive.
In the dorm are a laundry room, a common room, bike spots and storage rooms.
The apartment is cleaned twice a month by a cleaning lady.
The dorm was built in 2017 so everything is new and modern.

Das Studentenwohnheim liegt genau neben der U-bahnstation Donaustadtbrücke ( U2), somit bist du in 10 Minuten bei der WU, in 15 bei der Hauptuni und in 20 bei der TU. Die alte Donau ist auch in unmittelbaren Nähe.
Mit einem Bus kannst du auch schnell das Donauzentrum erreichen.
The dorm is right next to the subway station Donaustadtbrücke ( U2), so you will reach the WU in 10 min, University of Vienna in 15 min and TU in 20 min. You can reach the Old Danube in just a few minutes, which is perfect in the summer. If you are in the mood for a shopping spree, you won't need longer than 15 min to reach Donauzentrum.
