Hi there,
I'm leaving my beloved room for a month and would like to rent it. It’s a very cozy and bright room at the perfect location. Nearby you can find all kinds of shops; the parallel street is a sopping street that has everything from groceries to a number of big apparel stores. There you can also find a local market with always-fresh vegetables and fruits.
Transportation is excellent. Just around the corner there are several number of busses, trams and two metro stations which quickly bring you to the every site you'd need. Just around the corner, there is Keplerplatz metro station (I usually need 7 minutes to get from my door to the Karlsplatz station).
The room is fully furnished. You’ll have access to the common areas, kitchen, bathroom and restroom. All of them has a nice retro-flair, the ornament and the color of the tiles are lovely.
