Da unsere alte Mitbewohnerin leider auszieht, suchen wir jemand neues.
Das Zimmer ist mit 15qm sehr angenehm vor allem da sich ein großer Einbauschrank in dem Zimmer befindet welcher viel Platz schafft.
Die Miete ist mit 350€ veranschlagt. Kaution müsstest du 700€ hinterlegen, bekommt man beim Auszug aber wieder.

Die Wohnung selber befindet sich gleich in der Nähe vom Keplerplatz wo auch die U1 ist.
Man hat aber mit Bussen und Straßenbahnen auch eine recht gute Anbindung.
Mit der Fußgänger Zone beim (Von Reumannplatz bis Hauptbahnhof über Keplerplatz) hat man auch alle Geschäfte welche man so braucht. Vom Spar bis zum Saturn ist alles da.
Sonst ist auch ein Interspar, Lidl usw. in unmittelbarer nähe.
Vom Hauptbahnhof kann man in 13 min zu unserer Wohnung laufen, was das Leben für alle regelmäßigen zugfahrer viel einfacher macht.
Die Mitbewohner sind eher ruhig und gemütlich. Irina (aus Russland) und Ich (Richard aus Österreich) sind beide am Studieren und am Arbeiten. Sind also auch viel außer Haus.
Jeder kann eigentlich alles vom anderen nutzen. Schnell fragen und schon is alles ok.
Sonst ist alles nicht zu stressig bei uns. Alles geht ruhig vor sich hin.
Wir haben diverse möglichkeiten Kaffee zu machen, falls dir das so wichtig ist wie mir ;)
