The apartment is equipped with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The building was completed in 2016, so everything is new. The kitchen, the bathroom and all other furniture in the apartment have all been bought. The WG room is furnished with box, shelf, bed, desk, couch and a flatscreen TV! In the whole apartment a parquet floor is laid. The apartment is WG suitable and the room has direct access to the 9m2 balcony. It is located on the 4th floor with a very nice view into the courtyard.
The tram is about 3 minutes walk away, where in 5-10 minutes to the subway stations Hauptbahnhof / Reumannplatz or Trostraße can be driven (on foot about 10 minutes). Right next to the apartment is a beautiful park and the shopping on Troststraße are just around the corner, where, for example, a Spar is located.
I'm renting my room because I'm going to spend the WS18 on exchange semester from August 1st to December 31st in California. My roommate is a 20-year-old physiotherapy student originally from Burgenland. He enjoys doing sports such as running or swimming and regularly goes to the gym. He also likes to cook and value his diet. He is also a football fan and often watches games. Film nights or bar visit among roommates also take place occasionally with us.
