Das Haus hat eine gesamtgröße von 120m2 inkl. Garten, Keller, Dachboden und den sonstigen Räumen.

Zimmer ist jedoch unmöbiliert und hat nur einen einbaukastrn drin stehen!
Das restliche Haus ist möbiliert.
Die Lage ist super!
Es fahren die Buslinien 65A und 15A. Weiters fährt hier die Straßenbahn 1 und mit dem Bus kommt man leicht zum Verteilerkreis (altes Landsgut) wo man mit der U Bahn weiter fahren kann.
Wir sind 3 Flugbegleiter (2m/1w) und reisen dementsprechend gerne und viel herum.
Der Haushalt ist ein geben und nehmen und funktioniert einwandfrei. Es werden gemeinsame einkäufe erledigt, teils gemeinsam gekocht, meistens gemeinsam gegessen und auch fernsehabende gemacht. Nicht zu vergessen, auch jeder hat mal stress und möchte seine ruhe - vollstes Verständnis!
