Das helle Zimmer ist 24 m² groß und vollständig möbliert (geräumiger Schrank, Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Regale...). Es liegt in einer ca. 75 m² großen Wohnung, die alles bietet, was das Herz begehrt. Es gibt eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit zahlreichen Küchenutensilien, Essbereich, Couch, Fernseher und Playstation. Weiters gibt es eine separate Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und eine 10 m² große Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau mit einigen Gemeinschaftsräumen (Fahrradraum, Kinosaal, Kletterwand, Schwimmbad - Schwimmen und Sauna muss man allerdings zahlen).
The bright room is about 24m² big and completely furnished (big closet, twinbed, desk, shelfs...). It is located in a 75m² big flat, which otherwise consists of a spaceous kitchen/living room, bathroom and toilet and also has a 10 m² terasse. The flat has everything you wish for - lot of stuff for cooking, a couch, TV and playstation, a bathtub and washing machine... There are also some shared rooms within the building such as a room for bikes, a small cinema for rent, a boulder wall and a swimming pool with sauna (which has to be paid).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im hippen Sonnwendviertel. Der Wiener Hauptbahnhof und die U1 Keplerplatz befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und bieten somit direkte Anbindung ans Stadtzentrum. Auch mehrere Busse (14A, 69A) und die Straßenbahnlinie D sind sehr Nahe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Hofer, Lidl) sind auch ganz einfach zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat is situated in direct proximity to Vienna's main station and the U1 Keplerplatz. Hence there is a direkt connection to the city center, as well as to the Technical University. There are also some buses (14A, 69A) and the tram line D, that you can easily reach by foot. For shopping everything can be found within a walking distance of 10 minutes.
Ich, Christina, 25 habe gerade meinen PhD in Molekularmedizin begonnen und bin daher Montag-Freitag arbeiten. Abends gehe ich gerne aus oder mache Sport, genieße es aber auch umso mehr wenn ich zuhause bin und kochen, mit meinen Mitbewohnern quatschen kann - vielleicht bei einem Glas Wein - und Filme oder Serien schauen kann. Im April wird dann auch mein Freund (Benjamin, 28) zu mir ins Zimmer ziehen, da er von seinem Forschungsaufenthalt in Dänemark zurückkommt. Er macht ebenfalls gerade seinen PhD und wir sind beide sehr offene gesellige Menschen, die gerne Reisen, ins Kino gehen oder ein bisschen Playstation spielen und euch gerne auch etwas von Wien zeigen!
I, Christina, 25 just started my PhD in molecular medicine and therefore I am working Monday to Friday. In the evening I like to do sports, go out or just enjoy an evening at home - talking with my flatmate, maybe have a glass of wine, watching movies... In April my boyfriend (Benjamin, 28) will also move into my room because he is coming back from his research stay in Denmark. He is also doing his PhD and we both are amiable, open minded people who like to travel, go to the cinema or do some playstation gaming. We are also happy to show you around in Vienna!
