Hallo ihr Lieben!
Ich ziehe leider aus meiner tollen WG aus, da ich mit meiner Schwester zusammenziehe und suche einen Nachmieter für Jänner/Februar 2019!
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist innerhalb 2 min bei der Straßenbahnstation Quellenplatz (0,6, 67) und 5-7min bei der Ubahn Station Reumannplatz.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 19m² groß, dazu kommt noch ein ca. 5m² Balkon.
Die Miete beträgt 370€ und umfasst alle Kosten (Heizung, Internet) außer den Strom. Dafür kommen noch ca.15€ im Monat dazu.

Du wirst mit Thomas und Kathi zusammenleben, sie arbeiten beide Vollzeit und haben diese Wohnung selbst nur als Nebenwohnsitz, also wirst du sie nicht allzu oft sehen. Beide sind jedoch immer für eine nette Unterhaltung zu haben, wenn du sie mal zuhause erwischt!
Gerne kann die Wohnung besichtigt werden.
