The room is about 19 m² plus a walk-in closet (so actually about 22 m²). It is a very bright room with big windows in the 3rd floor.

Your roommates would be Patrick, 26, a chemistry student and Hanna, 22, a psychology student and Julia, 27, a psychology student.
380 incl. WIFI, heat and electricity.
Use of all kitchenstuff - in addition we have a dishwasher :D
and also in the cellar a room for bikes and a PingPong table ;)
Viewing appointments or skype interviews are possible nearly everyday :)
In unmittelbarer Nähe (knappe 5 min Fußweg) befindet sich der Yppenplatz mit diversen Restaurants und sonstigen Lokalen und auch der Brunnenmarkt zum Einkaufen von frischem Obst und Gemüse :) ca 5 min Fußweg bis zum Elterleinplatz,wo man weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Interspar, Einkaufszentrum...) hat. Spar, Billa, Bipa, Penny - 3 min
Man ist auch sehr schnell im Grünen (Wienerwald/Neuwaldegg, Steinhofgründe, Türkenschanzpark u Kongresspark, U6 zur Neuen Donau)
Wir sind eine nette 4er WG bestehend aus Patrick, Hanna und Julia.
Bei uns handelt sich auf keinen Fall um eine Zweck-WG, deswegen ist es uns sehr wichtig, dass der neue Mitbewohner gut zu uns passt und sich auch in die WG persönlich einbringt ;)
Unsere aufgeschlossene WG besteht aus Patrick (26) aus Vorarlberg, studiert Chemie im Master, trinkt und braut gerne Bier und probiert sehr gerne neue Kochideen aus; Hanna (22) aus Nordhausen, studiert Psychologie im Bachelor und geht gerne ins Fitinn, das direkt im selben Wohngebäude ist wie unsere WG.
Deine 3. Mitbewohnerin wäre Julia (27), die gerade ihr Masterstudium beendet hat und ab März auf Reisen ist.
Ein weiteres Zimmer würde somit ab März frei werden.
Wir sitzen oft am Abend zusammen und quatschen, oder kochen Auflauf oder laden Freunde zu nem Gläschen Wein ein & freuen uns schon, wenn sich ein neuer Mitbewohner auch zu uns gesellt !
