Da ich über die Sommermonate nicht da bin, vermiete ich mein helles, großes Altbauzimmer von Anfang August bis Mitte September.
Zur Wohnung: Wir teilen uns zu viert 170m² Wohnfläche, bestehend aus großer Küche, riesigem Wohnzimmer, Klo, Bad und 4 getrennt begehbaren Zimmer.
Wir sind alle Studenten und zwischen 21 und 23 Jahren alt. Die WG besteht schon seit Jahrzehnten, die Mitbewohner-Konstellation ist aber ganz neu. Seif wohnt seit 4 Monaten, Elina seit 3 Monaten in der WG und Lensch und ich (Svenja) sind gerade erst eingezogen, haben uns aber schon gut eingelebt.
Den Sommer über wird es relativ ruhig in unserer WG. Seif bleibt in der Wohnung, da er den Sommer über arbeitet - trotzdem ist er in seiner Freizeit gerne für die eine oder andere Aktivität zu haben falls du magst :) Lensch wird auch teilweise da sein und Elina hat eine Zwischenmieterin (mit 2 kleinen Hunden) aus Niederösterreich.
Wir interessieren uns für Kunst, Musik und fremde Kulturen, Kochen gerne zusammen und sitzen demnach ab und zu bei WG-Abenden zusammen in der Küche/Wohnzimmer. Wir genießen auf jeden Fall unser Zusammenleben und legen sehr viel Wert auf ein harmonisches und vor allem spaßiges Miteinander in der WG. Das reicht von gemeinsamem Kochen über den ein oder anderen Spieleabend bis hin zu gemeinsamen Partynächten.
Wer die Vorzüge von Hernals noch nicht kennt, sollte sich schnellstens bei uns melden, damit die Vorzüge dieser wunderbaren Gegend nicht im Verborgenen liegen bleiben. Der Brunnenmarkt und der Yppenplatz sind gleich um die Ecke und laden zu einem Ausflug ein. Diverse Geschäfte sind direkt vor der Tür wie Hofer, riesige Interspar etc., sowie zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants. Darüber hinaus sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. 1min zur 43tram, 2min zur U6 Haltestelle Alserstrasse.
Falls dir die angegeben Daten nicht passen oder du nur für einen kürzeren Zeitraum das Zimmer mieten möchtest, melde dich trotzdem gerne bei mir - ich bin da sehr flexibel!

As I'm leaving the city for the summer, I'm renting my fully furnished room from August until mid September 2018. The room has 21m2 and in addition to the large room we have 100m2 of community space. Rent is 300€/ month with everything included.
The apartment consists of 170m2, with the heart of it being our large living area consisting of an open plan kitchen with dining area and a huge living room. All windows of the apartment were renewed last year, so no street noise can be heard.
We are all students and between 21 and 23 years old, interested in music, art and foreign cultures. The WG is consisting of Elina, Seif, Lensch and me (Svenja). The summer will be relatively quiet in our flat. Elina is also renting out her room for the summer to an Austrian girl, Lensch is partly home and Seif will stay in the apartment the whole summer. He will be working but is in his spare time he might be in for activities if you like :)
If you do not know the advantages of the district Hernals you should contact us. It is a lively but quiet area. The brunnen market and Yppenplatz are just around the corner, inviting for a trip. Various shops are right outside the door such as Hofer, huge interspar etc., as well as numerous cafes and restaurants.
In addition, the public transport options are great. 1min to the 43tram, 2min to the U6 stop alserstrasse.
If you want to rent the room for a shorter period (only a week/month), don’t hesitate to contact me - I’m very flexible :)
