Da ich während der Semesterferien (im Februar) kaum in Wien sein werde, steht mein Zimmer in der Zeit frei. Es ist ein Zimmer mit Hof-Fenster und daher auch absolut ruhig. In der Wohnung grenzt es an ein weiteres WG-Zimmer und an das Bad.
Das Zimmer hat 10 Quadratmeter und ist vollkommen möbliert (da ich ja auch nur 1 Monat weg bin). Das heißt: Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regale, Spiegel etc - alles da. (siehe auch Fotos)

Since I will not be in Vienna during semester break, my room is up for rent during that time (February 2019). It is a 10 sqm room which is pointing to the back yard - hence very calm! The two neighboring rooms are the bathroom and another flatmate's room.
It is fully equipped (bed, closet, desk etc..), because I am only gone for a month.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Elterleinplatz im 17. Bezirk.
Die Straßenbahnen 43 und 9 fahren also vor der Haustüre.
Zum Alten AKH (Universitätscampus) hat man ca. 10 Minuten (4 Straßenbahnstationen).
U6 Alser Straße kann mit der 43 (2 Stationen) erreicht werden, oder zu Fuß (ca. 10 min).
S-Bahn Station Hernals ist ebenfalls mit der Straßenbahn innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.
Die 9er Straßenbahn fährt direkt zum Westbahnhof.

The apartment is located directly at Elterleinplatz in the 17th district.
Tram lines 43 and 9 are in front of the door.
To the university campus (Altes AKH) it's just 4 stations (approx 10 min) and it's a 10min walk to the U6 (or 2 stations with the 43)
S-Bahn Hernals is also reachable in a couple of minutes.
Tram line 9 is leading to Westbahnhof directly.
Es handelt sich um eine 4er WG, jedoch sind viele der Mitbewohner während der Ferien nicht oder nur selten in Wien. Deine Mitbewohner wären Anna, Francesco und Simon - du hättest die Wohnung aber bestimmt auch öfters für dich alleine ;)

It's a shared flat for 4 people, but a lot of us are not (or just occasionally) in Vienna during semester break. You flatmates would be Anna, Simon and Francesco - but you would have the flat to yourself quite sometime, I think!
Die Miete für den Monat Mai beträgt 300 Euro. Zusätzlich werde ich 100 Euro Kaution einfordern, die du natürlich wieder zurückbekommst, wenn alles passt!
Für Leute, die vielleicht einen längeren Wien-Urlaub machen wollen, oder ein Praktikum in Wien absolvieren bietet sich diese Wohnung einfach perfekt an. Der Preis ist fast unschlagbar und U6 und Uni in wenigen Minuten erreichbar!

The rent is 300 € for 1 month. I will also take 100 € deposit, which you will get back in the end of your rental time, when everything looks still the same as before ;)
For people who are in Vienna for an internship or any of the kind, it is a perfect flat / room with an unbeatable price, really ;)
