Das Zimmer liegt zur Hofseite und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Es wird möbliert vermietet, das heißt Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch, Drucker, usw. sind bereits vorhanden. Es ist ein sehr gemütliches, helles und warmes Zimmer mit Parkettboden und frisch gestrichenen Wänden.
Unsere Wohnung liegt 2 min von der 43er-Haltestelle "Palffygasse" entfernt und 5 min von der U6-Station "Alser Straße". Zum Campus brauchst du 10 min, zur Hauptuniversität 15 min. Vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich vor der Haustür!
Da ich in der Zeit unterwegs bin, sind noch Lena und Tom in der WG. Tom ist Musiker und deshalb viel unterwegs; Lena studiert Romanistik und ist ein Sonnenschein-Mensch. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Das heißt, wir kochen ab und zu zusammen und haben immer ein offenes Ohr füreinander. Wir sind eine lockere, unkomplizierte WG und hoffen, dass du dazu passt!
