Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich mit einem praktischen Einbauschrank.
In der ganzen Wohnung ist es immer schön hell. Das Fenster ist zum Hof raus gerichtet.
Dein Vormieter würde ein Bett gegen eine Ablöse im Zimmer lassen. Ob du das brauchst kann mensch ja dann noch bereden.
Da Artemiy gegen Anfang 2018 auszieht, gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, dann ins grössere (und etwas teurere) Zimmer zu ziehen, wo er grad wohnt.

The room is 8m² big, it has a wide bright window that brings into the silent Klopstockgasse!
For the moment is fully equipped: a really cozy bed, and a closet.
The sun shines always in the entire flat, we usually have a cozy atmosphere with plants, art and a big kitchen (always full equipped of herbs =))
For the lovers of etnic food, the district offers a lot of different markets, one of the most famous in Brunnenarkt, all coloured in the saturday morning and the cozy yppenplatz!
If you want you could move to the bigger room where Artemiy stays at the moment, as he is moving back to berlin in January.
In 3 Gehminuten hast du entweder die Straßenbahnlinie 9, 43, 44 und 2 erreicht, die dich innerhalb 15 Minuten zum Schottentor bringen. Die Alserstrasse ist drei Tramstationen bzw fünf Radminuten entfernt. Mensch kann also gut vom Gürtel nachts nachhause laufen.
Eine Citiybikestation ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Der Yppenplatz ist auch gleich in der Nähe, da gibts viele Cafés und Kneipen und 6 Tage die Woche den Brunnenmarkt.
Auch auf dem Wilhelminenberg bist du mit den Öffis innerhalb 20 Minuten. Da gibts Heurigen und Wald.
Mit dem Rad bist du in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt bzw in 10 Minuten an der Hauptuni.

In 3 minutes u can reach the lines 43 and 44 which bring you to Schottentor (U2) or to U6.
In 15 minutes u can walk to Yppnplatz, there are a lot of nice Cafés and bars. Also there is a huge market where u can buy fresh food six days a week.
The "Gürtel" with its Clubs and bars is also very close.
Außer dir wohnen hier noch Artemiy, Sophie und Anne. Wir studieren an der Angewandten bzw der Bildenden, wir sind nett und wir mögen einander. Idealerweise mögen wir dich dann auch.
Wir machen keine WG Parties, weil wir nichts aufräumen wollen. Wir laden ab und zu Freunde ein die bei uns trinken und rauchen und Robbie Williams mitsingen. Wir hören aber auf, wenn jemand schlafen will. Es wird auch gern zusammen gekocht und gegessen blabla keine ZweckWG du weisst schon.
