Zimmer in relaxter 2er WG, zu vermieten. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschoßwohnung im 17. Bezirk. Hofer und Interspar sind gleich um die Ecke. Linie 43 ist in 1 Minute erreichbar, zur Hauptuni braucht man ca. 15 Min.
I look for a new flatmate (German or English speaking) for a room in an apartment near Yippenplatz/ Brunnenmarkt. The apartment is very well connected with the public transport, the tram 43 is less than 1 minutes by walk, you can also reach the tram 44 in 5 minutes. You will be just 10 minutes walk away from the Medical University of Vienna or 10 minutes by tram to Schottentor/University of Vienna also you can reach the U6 Alser straße in 5 minutes.
You will have your own bright, cosy, quiet and comfortable room of about 15 square meters. The apartment, is located on the top floor,and equipped with a gas stove, oven, shower and our own toilet/WC. Also you will receive your own Meldezettel. We also have an inner courtyard where you can grill during summer and place to park your bike. There is a caution deposit which will be refunded when you leave.
As for me: I study German and theatrical studies at the University of Vienna and also work-part time. Since I also travel often, you will sometimes have the whole apartment all for yourself.
